Arrived in NZ from UK, before my NZ stuff arrived. Great garment too. True to size.

Every order I make goes so smoothly, and the quality of clothes is amazing! Every piece I’ve ordered has lasted years with no issues. My favorite brand for life <3 Shipping was super duper fast, I love you guys!

I love, love, love ragged priest jumpers and tops. Although I am 67 (!) I just love the style and design of their clothes. I have not just bought these for myself, but also some of my older friends who have also become converts!

I waited over a week for a response from customer service only to be told that it’s not possible for Irish customers to shop in the currency that our country has used since 1999. Instead we have to shop in pound sterling, which we haven’t used since 1927. That means estimating prices and paying foreign currency conversion fees. It’s really not that hard to double-check what currency a country uses.

Love the jumper I bought! Arrived really quickly and totally awesome.

I had never heard of "The Ragged Priest", and asked a few family members if they had, but no one was familiar with this site, and advised me not to buy from it! Then I checked the reviews! The percentage for 1 Star, was higher than % for 5 stars!!!! This did not look good, or instill any confidence, for me to buy anything from "TRP"!!!! ......but my need for the outfit I liked, superseded all of my concerns! Lol So I placed my order, it arrived in excellent time! Ordered 24th March 24, received my order 27th March 24!!! The outfit was gr8!!! No problems with size, or anything else for that matter! So everything turned out just fine! Thank you "Ragged Priest" :-) :-) :-)

Jeans are garbage quality, severely ripped and broken after only a couple weeks

Bought two pairs of trousers from them that were too small, returned them for refund having already bought the correct size assuming they would honour their refund policy. No response after a few emails, 2 months later and still nothing. One of the pairs of trousers already has a hole in the back after 3 wears. Rubbish company switch horrific customer service, avoid at all costs

Great clothes but the company need to work on their customer service. When I returned an item that was too big it took nearly a month and multiple emails to get my money back. Please improve your customer service but the clothes are fab :)

absolutely terrible customer service and quality of clothing. i bought three items, a matching patchwork top and skirt and the balloon jeans. the fabric of the skirt and top were papery and thin, literally worse than SHEIN quality and the jeans were OK quality but I've definitely seen the same ones on amazon for cheaper. for the prices the quality should be way better. when i tried to return them i was confused about which address to send it to so i sent an email and it took days to get a reply back, then i missed the post office on a friday so waited until monday, at which point i was told my return would cost almost FIFTY DOLLARS, which of course the ragged priest does not cover. so instead of wasting $50 more on top of the $80+ i might not get back im just going to tailor the jeans and toss the rest. the top and skirt were literally halloween costume quality. it's laughable. do better.

I was replied too instantly and my query was delt with instantly and with the best result. I received store credit without any issue.

Waiting long time for a refund but resolved in the end...

The size guide is not good! My pants were too big even though I sized down and measured myself. Also after 1 wear all the belt loops are loose or broken. Very sad because these pants were expensive!!

I love both items that I purchased,I'm waiting for a third! Very well-made, but I wish the XLs didn't sell-out so fast! Also, I'm amazed how soon my orders have arrived, 'cause I'm in California and y'all in the UK! Lookin' forward to my next delivery - thank you!

I have placed multiple orders with The Ragged Priest, but my latest order from October 2023 was lost/stolen. I've been sending emails to their support team since November 2023 (it's now almost February 2024) and I haven't received a single reply.

I then decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company since I never received my products and never received an email back. Unfortunately, The Ragged Priest fought the dispute and won. So I spent $140 for nothing without a peep from them.

If you decide to purchase from The Ragged Priest, you better pray nothing goes wrong with your order, because their support team is non-existent. Never ordering from them again.

I unfortunately bought the wrong size, and I couldn't return it but the helpdesk was very understanding and helpfull so I hope they keep it going!

The size was way too small even tho I measured and ordered based on the size table. It took pretty long until it arrived and returning costs me almost as much as the whole jeans.
