Excellent Customer Service
I had my eyes on a particular item since it was announced, but I'd never ordered from Black Milk before, and I don't shop for clothes online due to my body type. I loved the dress so much that I reached out to customer service, and Lorelei was absolutely wonderful! She answered all of my queries and gave me tips to help ensure the dress would fit. She then went on to describe their return policy in the event that it didn't fit when it arrived, so I still had peace of mind. The customer service from Lorelei was the reason I went ahead and bought the dress, and I'm so glad! It fits perfectly, and I got so many compliments when I wore it! 10/10 for the dress and for Lorelei!

I had a question about the shipping…
I had a question about the shipping date on my order. Lorelei and black milk answered me very quickly and reminded me that the shipping date was a little later than I thought. After looking through my emails I saw that they were correct. One thing they do right all the time is communication. Also because this order was delayed she gave me an incentive and a little bit off the order for having to wait. I didn't expect this but it is what I have come to expect from Black Milk clothing. I like the way they do business. And I love their clothes. The clothes have helped me to express myself and to truly be me. I feel like I've joined a community even though we're all over the world!!!!

Such a great company. Ive been shopping with them for years. They have awesome designs for any mood/aesthetic and great quality pieces. Shipping is always fast and the girls in customer service are amazing, they get back to you so quickly and are so helpful! 100% would recommend!

I've been a loyal customer of BlackMilk Clothing for upwards of 15 years now and there's a reason: not only is their clothing incredible, both in design and quality, their customer service is exceptional! Wonderful Customer Service
I had an issue with a package that was unfortunately lost after being marked as delivered. BlackMilk’s customer service was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the situation, and they went above and beyond to help make things right. My most recent interaction with Lorelei was especially lovely—she was warm, helpful, and genuinely made my day.
