Dr Vish is a kind and professional doctor who helped me to deal with a cough and set me on the way to sort
it out with immediate relief and a follow up programme.
He examined me carefully and well.Ihave had the pleasure of his help on previous occasions and he gives me confidence to work with him.
Dr. Sashi Prasad is a wonderfully kind and empathetic doctor. Her menopause consultations are thorough, practical, and caring. I always leave feeling heard and confident in her advice. It's reassuring to know I can reach out to her after each consultation for further information if needed. Highly recommend her services!
Dr Jeremy Harris was my consultant, having booked a 30 minute appointment, Jeremy listening intently and when furnished with my recent private MRI Brain scan results was able to establish that I had been suffering from low level carbon monoxide poisoning over several months, his prescription after one dose has already eased the pressure I have been suffering, the first of a 28 day course, his reassurance that I should be able to make a full recovery within the next six months has eased my unnecessary burden I’ve been experiencing, created by both my nhs GP and a visit to A&E, who wouldn’t listen to my predicament. Thank you for your prompt attention and I am grateful for the service you have provided.

Couldn’t recommend more, absolutely felt listened to, not rushed and so helpful. Was put at ease straight away, very knowledgeable and helpful.
This is the GP experience you want - not the one that the NHS provides.
No criticism of the NHS implied - the NHS is what it is. I’m looking for something more flexible/accessible/practical - like the service that The Private GP Group provides.
Quick, efficient and was excellent with our son who wasn’t very well. Highly recommend.
Dr Harris is always thorough and reassuring in his examination. His explanations of one’s illness and need for follow up investigations are clear. By the time I left the surgery arrangements for a specialist consultation has already been made.
As always Dr. Harris was wonderful, he always manages to put us at ease I cannot thank all the doctors in this surgery enough for everything they do for us. We're very lucky to be able to access this service. Highly recommend registering here, especially your children.
Very disappointed… I’ve just been to NHS gp with same problem.. have been put in a two week wait to see specialist… surely this should have been done by private gp… more thorough examination by nhs health practitioner.

Dr Vish Retnasingham was great, attentive and knowledgeable. He put my mind at peace regarding my baby son and also gave solutions. His investigation skills were excellent. I would recommend the Grove Medical Centre to anyone. Thank you so much for your help
It’s been an absolute pleasure having Dr Shashi as my doctor. Apart from being a brilliant, incredible knowledgeable doctor, she is a lovely person who lends her ear and gives you time to talk your concerns through! She is understanding kind and and her approach towards issue resolution is very pragmatic and balanced taking into consideration not just the physical aspect of the situation but over all. Very very glad to have come across her and being looked after by her .

We arrived (it was a Saturday morning so outside conventional hours). It was a little confusing inside but we soon realised where we supposed to be - upstairs.
The consultation was perfect: reassuring and with a good outcome. Having spent four hours in A&E last night and then being told there would be at least another 5 hours to wait for all the tests, I was at my wits’ end and went home. A doctor friend recommended this practice and, especially, Dr Fensom. She was lovely. Having felt increasingly unwell over the last couple of weeks it was so good to have someone who listened. Am confident I shall turn a corner quickly.

Easy to get an appointment. The staff are absolutely delightful. Helpful and kind The Doctors Listen to you make you feel welcome do not rush you, and you don’t feel like you are in a cattle market and they’re waiting for the next patient outside. They do not rush you and they are very thorough in their investigations.
I’ve watched prefer going here to go into my NHS doctors surgery. my NHSGP I cannot get an appointment for four weeks. I am really poorly today and I got an appointment within the hour to see a doctor. I was so appreciative

The ease of making an appointment, at a time and date to suit me, together with the very prompt and accurate diagnosis of my condition, are examples of how all good practices should be run.
