Pillow is cheap rubbish

Pillow is cheap rubbish - nothing like pictured
Drop shipping company

It is from a warehouse in China so is delayed through customs etc
Free refund is dependent on you paying for shipping to random warehouse in China

You do not get the pillow advertised

You do not get the pillow advertised. Instead you get a cheap generic pillow that looks nothing like the one you think you are ordering. Very disappointed. Please stay away from this company. It looks to me from other pictures that they buy similar pillows in bulk and pass it off as there’s, that’s why all the pillows look different in all the reviews posted.

Great Shopping Experience

Great reviews, easy to order! I love the ability to try the pillow out for a few days! I’ve bought three pillows now and can’t find one that works. They can be very expensive! This was a good price. Looking forward to trying it out.

Very easy shopping and ordering

Very easy shopping and ordering, especially if you have an account already. Only hiccup is that the tracking number only says “shipped” but doesn’t give a delivery date estimation. I’d love to be home waiting for my order to try the pillow right away.

Buyer be Ware: Company is in china and returns are to China

I ordered 2 neck pillows and they arrived and packaged well. The website says that they offer a full refund with no questions asked. They also list a New Mexico address. However, when I attempted to return pillowcases that just arrived today, I received the response that i needed to return them and pay the shipping. The return address is in China and the cost for a 1 pound item is costing over $100.00. So in a way, this is like false advertising. And if you check the BBB, you will find that they are not accredited. By the way, im returning the pillow cases because the pillow was not working for me.
