Used a few times now

Used a few times now. Webpage is easy to navigate. Easy to order and kept upto date of the progession of the order via email. Quick delivery also.

First time using this service

First time getting a prescription for my cat who has arthritis so was a bit wary of how to go about it but it was really easy and the medicine arrived 3 days later.
Just had to upload the prescription, easy peasy!
And the best thing is this service has saved me a fortune in comparison to what the Vets charge for exactly the same medicine.

Hills Z/D Cat Food

Easy to use website.
Cat food arrived in good time.
He will browse the kibble, but unfortunately won't eat the tinned, Having to resort to soaking the kibble with hot water then adding to the tinned?? It does appear to be helping his loose stools, but he is not eating sufficient.

Arrived quickly

My dog has just been diagnosed with Diabetes
1st time ordering form The PharmPet Co
Ordered Vetpen cartridges & needles
Sent needles but no cartridges ??
No email asking if i still wanted all the order ??
No phone call saying they have ran out of the cartridges ??
What is the point of sending the needles without the cartridges ??
Got 100 needles & no Vetpen cartridges
My dog needs CANINSULIN
She's going to have to suffer for longer now because of them
No communication
Total waste of money for the needles that i can't use without the Cartridges
I won't be ordering again

Good all round service

Easy to order and upload prescriptions, very quick delivery and good communication throughout. I’ve used PharmPet for some time now and have always found the service excellent.
