Website was easy to use. My items arrived on time and the cat food we ordered was well packed. Our cat is on a special diet, so difficult to source his food locally. This company had plenty in stock, and all my items arrived on time with Royal Mail in 48hrs as promised. And the cat food was cheaper than what I usually buy it for. I will defo be using them again in the future.

This is my first time buying online for pet medication. I found ordering a very easy process and I had no difficulty in forwarding my prescription from the vet.
The medication was sent out straight away and I received it within a couple of days.

Been using Pharmpets for a number of months now. The product I use is a third of the price that I was paying at the vets. Delivery is very fast and if I have needed to contact the company they have always been very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I have used PharmPet in the past and thought they were pretty good and reasonably priced however it seems both service and price aren't what they used to be. I ordered some Frontline cat flea products on Sunday, and paid for 24 hr delivery, the parcel wasn't picked/posted until Tuesday evening. If charging for a 24 hr service I would expect the parcel to be dispatched on Monday for a delivery Tuesday. Price "all in" was just under £30, I ordered the exact same product from Amazon on Tuesday, it was £10 cheaper inc delivery and still arrived earlier today than the order placed 48 hrs prior with PharmPet.

Making the order was very easy and delivered on time

I ordered a product via their website. The sent me a different product. When I questioned this, they told me it was the same product with different packaging. This was incorrect as the ingredients were vastly different and advertised as being an advanced version of what was sent to me. My partner is a vet and confirmed we needed the product I ordered and not the one we were sent. There was too much back and forth which took 3 WEEKS rather than recognising it’s a different product and a need to get the product into my pet. Essentially, a lack of understanding of their products delayed care to my cat.

Always fast and efficient ordering and delivery. Have been using them for some time now and have never had a problem.

i would never ever order my pets medication from anyone else, this company are absolutely outstanding in every way, i had a problem with another company, who after a week still hadnt sent my medicaton also denied having payment, after explaining to this company what had happened, omg i received my pets medicatioin within 3 days absolutely outstanding service, highly recomment PharmPet Co, helpful staff and communication was outstanding, yes definately recommend
