Amazing service from Alexia in the reading location. I had such a lovely experience thanks to Alexia who helped me choose a perfume. I don’t know much about fragrances, but she was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. She gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision and was so patient with all of my questions.
She also gift wrapped everything beautifully, and from start to finish she made the whole experience feel really welcoming and enjoyable. She was genuinely so kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. Customer service like hers is rare, and she absolutely deserves the recognition. Thank you so much for such a positive experience!
