Niamh at the perfume shop in colchester is so lovely and went above and beyond to help my daughter (16) get her boyfriend the perfect birthday package!
We went in looking for an aftershave with a budget of £30 and we walked out with an aftershave, chocolates, pocket size aftershave spray and all gift wrapped with a personalised ribbon for £29.96!! Excellent service! Thank you Niamh :)

Stuart at the Colchester branch is top-notch!!
My husband and I visited The Perfume Shop in Colchester as I was looking to try some new scents and find one that I could wear every day. Stuart was extremely helpful and enthusiastic despite my particularities—I swear he would’ve let me try every scent in the store if I’d a mind to!—and he even introduced my husband to a couple new colognes as well. I ended up settling on a perfume familiar to me, but the experience of being able to try them out in person with a stellar, knowledgeable salesperson was bar-none. Highly recommend anyone stop in and give a shout to Stuart; he’ll help you find something you like!

Hi just want to say that myself and my daughter visited your Colchester store to buy some perfumes for Xmas gifts for the family,we met a lovley young lady Laura (lovley purple hair) who served us she was so bubbly and happy she helped us to choose what we required as we was totally confused with all the perfumes ,Laura was very attentive with every question I had showing and explaining different product’s, amazing made us feel very comfortable and did not rush us at all then low and behold another young lady also named Laura came to help as well, both girls were very polite great customer service we left the store very happy customers!!!well done girls you helped to take some of the stress out of Xmas shopping brilliant!!!!and happy Christmas to you both x
