Had the best experience today, I can’t thank Taz enough (I hope I have the correct name now) - she was incredible in the Cardiff store. She really helped me as I was stuck on what to buy my partner for our anniversary! And she also gave great recommendations, so welcoming and warming - which is a rare thing these days. I had an amazing experience at the perfume shop in St David’s Cardiff thanks to Aaliya. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about all the fragrances. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and recommended the perfect scents without being pushy at all.
Her customer service was genuinely outstanding — friendly, patient, and attentive throughout my visit. It’s rare to come across someone so passionate about helping customers have a great experience. I left feeling valued and absolutely delighted with my purchase.
Aaliya is a real credit to the store, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for excellent service and expert fragrance advice!

Amazing service by Leona in the Cardiff store
I was served by the wonderful Leona at the Cardiff store, and the experience was exceptional. She took the time to walk me through the different variants within my favourite fragrance range, the Armani Stronger With You collection, including some of the newer and improved releases.
Leona was incredibly knowledgeable and generous with her time, offering expert advice throughout. As a result, I purchased my usual go-to variant as well as the new limited-edition Amber fragrance.
She was very attentive in making sure I chose the right fragrances, encouraging me to experience them both on a sample card and on my skin before making a decision. She also kindly provided me with some additional samples to try in the future, thoughtfully selecting them based on the types of scents I enjoy so I can expand my fragrance choices going forward.
Her professionalism, care, and attention to detail truly stood out, and the level of service she provided was outstanding.
