The convenience. You just can't top it. With all that you have to do, from the time you get up to the time for you to be at the gate, any relief is welcome. And the Parking Spot provides just that. Relief. The convenience of prepaying, downloading the app, scanning the QR code for easy access and egress and breathing a sigh of relief by having a driver deliver you to your appropriate check in destination. Every trip that I take, I always park in Parking Spot 1. And every driver that I have had, has always been cordial, helpful and professional. I will always be a customer of The Parking Spot.

I am writing to share my positive experience with your parking and shuttle service.

The reservation process was seamless using membership rewards. Upon our arrival, the wait time for a guided shuttle was very brief and timely. Additionally, a shuttle was already waiting for our group when we returned to head back to our vehicle.

Your service significantly simplified our trip by eliminating the need to remember where we parked or walk long distances to departures. Furthermore, the costs are highly competitive and offer a great discount compared to short-term and extended airport parking.

The staff is great and the driver(s) are helpful every time.

Always able to get bus in a timely manner. Parking at the Charlotte airport is always a challenge but this off airport parking runs smoothly and less expensive.

I like The Parking Spot. It’s reliable and I feel safe and feel that my vehicle is safe. I haven’t had any issues parking here and I’ve been parking here for over 14 years. I only give it 4 stars because sometimes it feels like the other shuttle services have more shuttles running more often than The Parking Spot, other than that it has been a really good service

Convenient, immediately had a ride to airport on shuttle. When we returned, shuttle was also available. Prices are very reasonable.

Security of the facility. I've had my vehicle broken into at the Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn and airport parking. While finding a parking spot for my large pickup is sometimes challenging at the Parking Spot, I know there will be one and that the vehicle won't get broken into. Also, the staff are helpful and considerate and the shuttles are very timely!

Yes my experience was awesome. I had the same driver coming back. He was in training and an awesome job. Gave me good information for my travel back home. 285 was shut down and that was the direction I needed to go.

They pick us up and then when we come back drop us off right at our car!

Booked a car from Turo and it was great. Very clean and well taken care of. However, the process of getting the car and dropping off the car was a pain in the ass. The QR code that was sent wasn't working and said it was expired. So when I messaged the company I didnt hear back until waaay later which wasn't very helpful. There was a button you could push to speak to a worker from "the parking spot" and even that took so freaking long. And once we finally got a hold of someone through the speaker, they said the door to get in was unlocked and they hung up. Well I tried opening the door, and it was still locked 🧍‍♀️......So i had to call them again and wait to get a hold of someone. Thank god, someone was coming out of the parking garage so I was able to finally get through the door. That whole process alone took 30min just to get into the garage which is insane. Once we got the car, everything else was smooth. Now on the way back to dropping off the car, there was a cone in the middle of the entrance of the garage and I once again pushed the help button. Well this worker said the parking gate arm wasn't working and we have to go through another way. I asked where the other entrance was and she said "I dont know, you just have to drive around" i was speechless..... so eventually I found there was an entrance in the alley way and was able to drop the car off. So overall this experience alone was awful. This will be my first and last time for LAX
