They claim items ship in max 4 weeks. I placed an order 3 months ago , and still has not shipped.
Every time I contact them, they claim it will ship in a week and it never does
The sell stock they don’t have and lie about it

I was told my item was 'in stock and allocated' in January, only to be told it was 'awaiting restock' in March. This is a classic 'bait-and-switch.' They hold your money for months as an interest-free loan while feeding you automated excuses and $5 gift card bribes. They even try to bully customers out of their right to a chargeback. God only knows what they’re doing with your money in the meantime, but it isn't being used to ship your perfume. AVOID at all costs

Horrible and lying company. I bought three fragrances. One came in a week and seems legit, and I’ve been waiting 2 months for the other two. Everytime I email them, I get a ChatGPT message saying to be patient and that my orders will ship out in a week or two. Bullshit. Horrible company and not worth it.

Would have liked to leave no Stars! Horrible company! Going on 2 months and no product that was paid for! They come up with excuses instead of doing good business and sending the product. Cant forget about how quick they are to refund so they dont have deal with the issue! For sure, will not use this Company again. I advise anyone thinking of using this Company to stay away! Unless you like waiting Months for your products!

1 star is being beyond generous. Best prices and a very decent selection.
However, be ready to wait a long time for your order, and I mean it could easily be more than two months. Yeah, you can send an email and request a refund and you’ll get it with no issues.. but also not an explanation or an apology, nothing.
I was told by an industry insider, that they are basically a pyramid scheme. Today’s sales will pay for whatever is pending and so on… if you really need to save those $40-75 bucks and are in no rush go right ahead.

Terrible. Ordered twice and the first one took 2 months to be delivered and the second one was ordered in January 13 and now not going to be shipped till march 27th. Both times they pushed it back told wrong times. Absolutely horrible customer service they lie and you cannot get them on the phone. I will never order from them again it’s the absolute worst. You cannot get something from overseas before they send anything out.

One star feels generous. Ordered a fragrance that was in stock and ready to ship in 1-2 weeks. After a month of no movement I emailed them and was told the fragrance would ship that following week. I received a tracking number from usps and the package was said to have been scanned. The parfums simply generated a label and never shipped the package. They claimed that it was “lost in transit”. I reached out to USPS and they confirmed that the label was scanned but they never received the package. I have still yet to be refunded and they refuse to communicate with me any longer.

Ordered from her January 7th and 6 weeks later still didn’t get anything just a standard reply every message I sent them! They promised to ship out late this week or next week but nothing ever happened. Got my bank to do a charge back! AVOID THEM

As others have stated, this place is a complete joke! Absolutely horrible, stay far away from this website. Well over a month with no movement whatsoever on my shipment with the exact same response every time I inquired about my order.

I wouldn’t even give them a star. If I could do 0 it would most definitely be a 0. Placed a order back in December and have yet to receive my order. Reached out to customer support and was told to continue “patiently waiting”. Reminded them of their own posted shipping policy and still was met with uselessness. Will never order from them again and recommend that no one shops here.

I placed an order on 1/2 and received a shipping notification on 1/9. I really gave this company the benefit of the doubt. I followed up with them six times via email. Each time I was told the order would ship soon. Obviously it never did. I am writing this on 2/17 and never received the product.

The issue here is the lack of transparency and the outright lying the company is doing. They clearly do not have the product in hand and are using the money we use to purchase as interest free loans.

Their prices are too good to be true for a reason.

Don’t be fooled by their low prices. I placed 2 orders with the Parfums. Both times I waited nearly 8 weeks. Eventually they cancelled the orders and finally refunded the money. I don’t believe they ever had any intention on delivering the product. They’re scamming customers by taking their money with the promise of amazing prices just to cancel months later. This is fraud.

Do not order from here. i purchased a bottle from the shop app. weeks later i heard nothing back. not shipped no tracking. been contacting them and they told me the same thing every time “we expect to ship your order out next week or beginning of the following week”. bullsh*t never happened months later getting a refund hopefully. don’t order anything from these scum bags. i never feel the need to write reviews so this should tell you something.

I’d give zero stars if I could! I placed an order for 1 fragrance 6 weeks ago, which was at a really good price (around 40% less than retail price). I didn’t expect it to arrive very quickly, as the shipping policy stated it could take up to 1-2 weeks processing time to ship, and then at that point 3-6 business days to arrive (was ok waiting a max of 3 wks to arrive as it stated). A shipping label was created 1 week after purchase, and after 3 weeks with no updated shipping info, I sent my first email to them. They did respond the next day, saying that they were backed up from the holidays (ordered on 1/2/26), and my order would ship by the end of the week, or beginning of the following week. That time passed, sent 2nd email with the same response, as well as offering 10% off my next order (what next order lol). 3rd email same thing happened, no updated shipping info after 3rd delay with no valid excuse. Final email to them asked them to cancel my order and refund me. The debit card I used had to be closed due to fraudulent charges, which I mentioned to them, but they still just refunded to that card without asking further information. They said it should be fine and my bank should know to redirect it to my replacement card. So I’m really hoping that isn’t the next issue I end of having because of this company. The discounted price was not worth the headache anymore, and I ordered it somewhere else (at retail price with 15% off discount code & paid for 2 day shipping). Would only MAYBE recommend purchasing from them if you need a backup bottle of a fragrance you already own, but will need more of in at least 3 months out!

This place is not a good company. I placed an order with them for Creed Aventus Absolu and they created a tracking number relatively quickly but then failed to ship the product for over a month after a 1-2 week advertised turnaround when I was ordering. I would stay away from them.

Ordered a bottle of Roja Elysium Intense. Packaging was great, bottle was legit. The only downside to this company is that it takes a long time for them to ship; my order took about four weeks. They give every customer a variety of excuses for why its taking them "longer than expected" to ship your order. They will hang on to your money as long as they can by sounding very reassuring and reasonable. They do not respect you. I cancelled my order for Adonis Awakens with Argos that I had been waiting for the tracking number to update for 3 weeks. I ordered it at nearly as good a price at Olfactory factory and had the cologne in 5 days. Do yourself a favor. Use them instead. It's worth the extra $10

If there was an option for zero stars I would give it. I placed an order on January 1st. On January 16th I inquired about the order. They said within a few days it would ship. On the 23rd still no movement and I inquired again. They said it would ship at the end of the week or beginning of the next. Still no movement on the order so inquired AGAIN. They are now saying 2 weeks. Either the company is a scam or whoever owns this business is a lazy piece of shit who continues to take orders but cant get off their ass to ship them. Terrible company.

The people at this company are some of the biggest scammers of all time. Do not buy from this place pay the extra money and actually get your stuff. How many people are going to have to charge back their card before it becomes criminal? Shut this dumbass place down. Yeah they were legit at first now they are just scammers and showing their true colors. And I don't even think their stuff is real. If you buy from this place you're just as big as a dumbass as them you have been warned. I can't wait till the lawsuit start pouring in and shut this place down.
