The owner is very rude and arrogant

The owner is very rude and arrogant. They usually never replied any emails that I asked them, one time I bought toothpastes from them, I’ve paid for big size but they sent mini size. Of course I was very furious, I emailed them and told if they did not reply then I will dispute through my credit card. And then the owner replied with very rude and super arrogant way, what a way to treat their repeat customer! The CS sent me return label, it’s been days since it’s delivered but they never sent me refund. I emailed them asking and of course they never replied! Definitely not recommended buying from them.

Can’t Get My Order Without Proving I’m Not a Scammer, But My Card Was Charged Anyway

I placed an order for $54, and never received an emailed confirmation. Instead, I received an email asking me to sign onto a social media account and share my account information. I do not use social media, and said so. They said then I can just prove that I’m human by answering some questions. They now say that answering their questions via email does not prove that I’m not a scammer who submitted someone else’s email address (the one they sent me these emails to), so to prove I’m not a scammer, I must continue to answer questions. Meanwhile, they’ve already charged my credit card for $54, and refuse to either give me a refund or send my order. When I said I would contact my bank, they said they’ll tell my bank that I refuse to answer my questions. When I said I’ll contact BBB, they said (and this is a direct copy and paste from the email), “ Great so why would you contact the BBB when you are the problem lol thank you” I would not recommend that anyone purchase anything from The Organic Bunny. They take protecting themselves from scammers (if that’s what they’re really doing), to a whole new level, to the point of behaving as scammers themselves.
