Getting a survey before getting the product arrives shouldn’t be the way to get the proper feedback. I still have not received your product I think it’s taking a little bit longer than it should to pull product off shelves package it and have delivered.

Do Not Order From This Company
I ordered two inflatable pool chairs on 5/16/26. They arrived on 6/8/26 from China. The straps on the chairs broke before they were able to be used. The construction and material were of very poor quality. This is their return policy:
We are responsible for the following: marks, broken zipper, rips or tears, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. Please be assured that we will accept full responsibility for any errors or issues that are our fault
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. I was charged $64.99. I want a full refund for my purchase price. They want to "compensate" me for $20 for this unfortunate transaction. Do not order from this company.
