Honestly I love oodie

Honestly I love oodie. I bought a coat in the Black Friday sale in November, it ripped mid January. Return was easy and a replacement was sent promptly. I love their sleep tees and overall the quality of their products are amazing!

Great Product and Great Experience

I had messed up my delivery address and they were so amazing helping me get my order to the right location after UPS had it returned to them, Completely my fault and they fixed it with zero hassle.

Bought the Gengar Oodie and it's so comfortable and warm, it was exactly what I wanted.

Quality issue

I ordered 3 sleep tees only worn the squid games one once and after 1 wash I noticed a hole in it when I try to leave a review on the website it doesn't let me. Emailed the person below but never heard back so review stands.

Dog oodies don’t fit all dogs, returns very hard and expensive.

I ordered a dog oddie at Christmas, I measured my dog as suggested on the website and ordered the right size but it didn’t fit. I couldn’t return it because the ribbon was lost in the hub bub of Xmas day. I ordered a replacement in the next size up and it still didn’t fit, so I had to return it. I had to pay 3.99 for return postage so in total I have spent 32.97 and I have no dog oodie.

I also ordered two oodies for men and I felt that they were a little short.

This is the worst company to deal with…

This is the worst company to deal with I ordered a dressing gown at £42 they lifted 2 £42 which was £84 I received 2 of the same dressing gowns I requested a return so I sent one back, and asked for a refund might I add I never even opened one so returned it they send me £6.50 refund sent them multiple emails with no response back, then I received another dressing gown that’s 3 of the same item, so I’m at a loss I’ve reported them to my bank they are terrible company I don’t think think this revenue will be seen on there page

Customer service is poor

The cooling PJs are lovely. Unfortunately I was not sent the correct order, initially I was sent a random nightdress instead of the pyjamas trousers. Customer Service were very prompt to reply when I contacted them, but not so prompt in sending a replacement. They waited until they had their incorrect order in their hands before correcting their mistake. I was very let down at their lack of appreciation that this delay may have been a problem for me. Anyway, I score then a 3 because of the lovely products but I am afraid that they seem to be sadly lacking in the customer service department.

Oodie items as they are so soft, snuggly and keep you extremely warm.

I have a lot of Oodie items as they are so soft, snuggly and keep you extremely warm. I have 3 Oodies in black, burgundy and dark green with matching pillowcases to store them, all except the burgundy as they don’t make it so it’s sitting in a black one. I also got a 6g weighted blanket, a dressing gown and a queen size blanket( I’m 5ft 11) all in dark green too, it’s one of my favourite colours. I had a lilac Oodie but the colour didn’t suit so I gave it to my Mum and she loves it. They are superior in warmth, and the quality is great. I bought all my items on sale as they are on the pricey side but if you can’t wait, they are worth it. ☺️

Products great, delivery delay disappointing

Products great, really pleased when eventually received after 2 weeks. Took 3 emails (all replied to quickly but first two I felt told don’t worry wait another few days) The 3rd email after 12 days of waiting resulted in receipt of the products ordered 2 days later.
As 1 product was meant as a gift I was particularly disappointed. I feel my query should have been investigated sooner.

Quality is brilliant

Quality is brilliant! Only quibble is sizing. I’m a UK size6-8. Buying S/M adult means the sleeves are too long and generally it’s too baggy. I could get two of me in the leisure top. A slightly tighter fit would make it easier to actually do chores without trying to tuck the excess material into the trousers. The hoodie is ok but only really for lounging / curling up in. Sleep Tees are way too baggy, I find myself removing my arms from the armholes in my sleep!. Dressing gown also way too big. It goes round me at least twice. Will I buy again? Yes but only the leisure suit.

Bought a coat

#Bought a coat, and returned it for a different size. After 2 went missing the 3rd turned up in the wrong size again. Returned it again to be told its no longer in stock and got a refund.
BUT I have paid £12 in returns to receive NOTHING. So now I'm £12 down and nothing to show for it!
Not very professional whatsoever!
Extremely upset by this.

This is absolutely not the standard of service we aim to provide, and I completely understand why you’re so upset. All three of your orders have now been fully refunded and sit at £0.00, including the most recent order. The only remaining balance was the original £3.99 shipping fee, which normally isn’t refunded for “change of mind” returns. However, given the inconvenience and frustration you’ve experienced, we have now refunded this amount as well as a gesture of apology. Once again, I’m truly sorry for how disappointing and stressful this process has been. This isn’t the experience we want for any customer. Smelt of cigarettes

I recently bought one of the oodie coats in the sale. The overall design of the coat is nice but it arrived stinking of cigarettes and Febreze which was so disappointing. With it being a sale item I was unable to return it. I might not have minded but even in the sale it was still very expensive for what it is. I generally only ever have an “ok” experience with my oodie purchases. Either they take weeks and weeks to arrive or you can tell it’s a return that’s been quickly turned around and sent out again without any real QA.

Oh my goodness these pyjamas are super…

Oh my goodness these pyjamas are super comfy I love them, so I bought nearly every design 😊 I also bought them in the sale so I got them for a bargain price. They are definitely worth the money if you're paying full price though.

Happy with my orders

I have ordered a few times from The Oodie, and I have never been disappointed. I find their oodies, onesies and coats good quality, very warm, comfortable and with nice designs. I received my order in a few days. The oodies are well packed, and I have never had a problem with a damaged item. I do recommend their products

Ok if you don't have a query

I've bought a fair few oodies and had a good experience, but my latest experience has tarnished the reputation I gave Oodie.
When it came to me actually having a problem, namely that I received a damaged product, they either have the worst customer care team or they're using AI to respond to emails, as I went in circles for a while receiving the same reply.
When I eventually got through to a person, their response then completely contradicted the suspected AI responses.
