I am a full time professional online physics, chemistry and maths tutor and an excellent science communicator. I have the ability, understanding and resources to get the best out of students for their GCSEs, A levels and undergraduate degrees. I am a fully qualified, DBS checked, teacher with ten years teaching and tuition experience across all ages and abilities. Working as an examiner for the major exam boards in the UK has given me a detailed understanding of examination requirements, I extend this insight to my students, giving them not only the required knowledge for their exams but also the very best exam technique. I have just been awarded a Ph.D. in chemical physics, this involved producing cutting edge research for future solar technology, this work helps me to inspire my students. Excellent Physics tuition. Very reliable and helpful. My son has enjoyed his A level Physics lessons and found them very beneficial.

Couldn't have hoped for a better tutor...
Could have hoped for a better tutor to help me succeed with all the physics sections of my neuroscience degree... very clear, friendly, interesting and excited tutor who made the subject come to life and gave me a clear understating of the theory behind it all. Would not have passed it without Andy! Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

How to achieve A*
Andrew is an outstanding tutor who really understands how to get the best out of young students. Our son scored incredibly well in Physics and Mathematics (A*'s) and without his guidance and tuition would not have achieved this.

Definitely worth the investment!
Andy is a great tutor who is flexible, supportive and above all knows his stuff. He is very knowledgeable about his subjects and has helped improve my knowledge and understanding as well as my confidence. I wouldn't have got the grades I got without him. All in all it was definitely worth the investment.

Best tutor ever !
Andy is simply the nicest, kindest and encouraging tutor you could ask for. Having a daughter who was struggling with confidence and not having scored what she needed at AS we turned to Andy for help. He nurtured her though the process for A level (which was on the new board basis). His indepth knowledge is so apparent alongside his natural teaching style. If you ask any question ( not matter how obscure!) he will be able to answer it and no question is ever a stupid one. With his support our daughter sat her A level exam with confidence ...... and scored the grade she needed to secure her place at a top Russell Group University.
