Beautiful bed, easy to construct.

They were helpful and friendly.
But they would send you a date and if you were not available you'd have to reply with no and wait for another date. Would be easier to see a list of dates and times and be able to choose to stop the back and forth and so everyone knew what they were doing

Georgie helped me with questions over the phone and gave me confidence in placing the order. Couldn't have been more helpful, the bed is of great quality and sturdy once assembled. Looks very smart and a great extra storage place.

Good quality product, quick delivery

The bed quality is excellent. Sturdy and looks great. Ordering process was easy and quick. Delivery was on time and boxes delivered to room of choice.
I was offered an unpacking service but they wouldn’t take the packaging away so not helpful really.
Bed building instructions were a bit confusing and some of the wooden plugs don’t fit.
This is my second bed from your company and I will certainly recommend

A beautifully made and well constructed bed, with easy instructions to assemble. The outsourced delivery firm were also polite, helpful and efficient.

Bed delivered on time. Is well made and easy to put together. Would recommend.

Very happy with the two bedside cabinets which are well made, solid and look good. The two man delivery was excellent as they unwrapped them in the hall and checked for damage. The only improvement that could be made is that it goes very quiet between confirmation of order and notification of delivery but once told it was on the way it arrived very quickly. Really like the appearance with the rounded edges and the longer legs.

We are so pleased with the soft white guest bed that we bought. It’s lovely quality and seems very sturdy too.

The company were fantastic to deal with. I was a bit anxious with being an online business, but they were superb. I rang for information about the bed prior to ordering and the lady I spoke to was really helpful. Ordering was simple and delivery just as expected.

This is the second time I have bought a bed and mattress from The Oak Bed Store and I have no hesitation in giving them 5 Stars. The products are high quality and beautiful to look at. The customer service was also exceptional when I needed help with my recent purchase, because they had sold out of discounted mattresses for the double bed size. The lovely lady, went out of her way to find an alternative that met my budget and that could be delivered in a short time frame. They really make you feel like a valued customer.
