I just popped in on the off chance to…

I just popped in on the off chance to arrange an appointment and was told that I could see someone straight away. The last client was just leaving the office, so I was able to rearrange my finances by a very competent member of your staff.

West Bridgford Branch Top Notch Team!!!

Alan Clarke standing in for John at the West Bridford branch was simply fantastic - always cheerful and incredibly helpful. John whenever I dealt with him has always been brilliant - forthcoming and most obliging. The girls at the desk always greet you with such sincere smiles, you feel instantly welcomed. 10/10 keep up the superb service and work ethos!!!

Excellent customer service

The member of staff at the Belper branch, who opened my account was friendly and professional. He took me through the various options, but also listened to how I was going to use the account. He made the process quick and uncomplicated and I left with my pass book inside about twenty minutes. It's great to still get this kind of personal service.

God service

Sev at the Eastwood branch was very patient and helpful with me. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He made a phone call to sort out one of my queries. Couldn't ask for better service.

Great service as always.

Fantastic service as always at the Forum branch of Nottingham Building Society. This time Chelsea M helped me with my queries and accounts. Very professional, personable and polite. Must also mention that the other staff were very welcoming.
If you value excellent customer service you will not find anywhere better.
