John whenever I dealt with him has always been brilliant - forthcoming and most obliging. The member of staff at the Belper branch, who opened my account was friendly and professional. He took me through the various options, but also listened to how I was going to use the account. He made the process quick and uncomplicated and I left with my pass book inside about twenty minutes. It's great to still get this kind of personal service.
