Nice, but not really worth the money
The bag itself is a nice bag. The photos make it look like it's stitched with a couple different pieces. It's not. The design is 100% pressed on. I asked & paid for premium leather, and to be honest, I don't know if that's what I received. I requested a zipper for my tote bag and received a double zipper - heads at both ends of the zipper. One would suffice. The lining of the tote, while nice, should have been tucked under the edge of the leather at the opening of the bag, it is not. It's not something I'll likely look to purchase again.

I could not be more delighted. The bag’s colors are as vivid as I saw online. It is sturdy as well as beautiful. It does have a bit of heft—NOT shoddy, cheap materials. It has GRAVITAS! I purchased the medium sized handbag, and I had checked the measurements prior to ordering to make sure it could fit what I carry, and it is TRUE TO SIZE. I also bought a wallet for my daughter and I cannot wait for her reaction—it is GORGEOUS.

The communication during the whole process was outstanding. I was able to see the tracking of my parcel in real time, which was fantastic, especially as I live in Australia. I am so impressed with the quality of both my purse & my handbag. I love my handbag as it's predominently blue in colour & blue is my ultimate favourite colour. I ordered the tote with no name…I personally do not want strangers to know my name, however, it is a nice touch. I also received the matching wallet.

I didn't put the wallets in my cart but customer service team got me my wallets. They were super nice and helpful. The statement to add your wallets to the cart should also be in bold big letters when you add your bag to the cart. Also on the shopping cart page a note "Did you include your free wallet". The current notification is too small and easy to miss.

The bag is great! Beautiful. I am not as happy with the free wallet. I chose the custom quote one and the white writing on pale green is nearly indistinguishable from eachother. I can't read it. It would be better with darker writing. The bookmark I got not only has a similar issue (white writing on a pale background), but it came in a dusty rose pink when I ordered green.
