Good Communication
I was hesitant because I saw this as a Facebook ad and you never know when those are genuine. I was happy that it was! They communicate really well. Everything came in as ordered. Shipping takes some time but the wait is worth it.

Excellent Customer Service!
The customer service from this company is probably the best I have ever experienced from any company ever. They responded quickly to inquiries and made sure I felt well taken care of. My first order was sent back because the shipping company couldn't deal with a post office box but the company resent my order to a different address and I had it a little over two weeks later.
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the way the items are presented on the website I believed I was buying items hand crafted in the US. It turns out that they ship some of their items from a warehouse in China. This has me questioning the quality of the leather.
I ordered two of the leather tote bags and will condition them as instructed in the emails I was sent. We'll see if they hold up over years as a quality leather item should. I'll be back to update my review in about a year on the quality of the leather used in my items. The pictures on the bags and wallets are bright and beautiful and I am very happy with the way the items look.

Beautiful Bag
I had to change my review. Although, getting the email saying my bag was here was worrisome. I thought it was lost. When I sent an email to the company they were quick to respond and tell me the wallet/bookmark and my bag were coming on two different days. The bag, wallet and bookmark are beautifully made with wonderful craftsmanship. They were all boxed and protected so they did not get ruined during shipment. I highly recommend getting your bags from this place. Can't wait to hear what other people have to say about my bag! When they ask, I will tell them where they can get one and the endless choices will be the only hard decision they will make with The Note Bag Company.

Surprised in the best way
The updates that are provided as the bag made it's journey to me were informative. The inside of the bag smells good and has a soft, gentle texture that makes the bag a pleasure to use. The artwork on the bag is stunning, far more vibrant and detailed than any photos I saw online. The zippers are smooth, and the handles are incredibly smooth and comfortable to hold. All in all, this bag exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a great purchase and I'm very happy with it.

All of my items have been received. Do I like the style? Yes....The print, picture are great.
Do I like the design and construction? Yes Do I like the faux leather that was used in this bag? Not so much. It seems to be the same material that is used when manufacturing mid priced product. The problem is that my bag was not advertised as a mid priced bag and at $148, I expected better faux leather.

Happiness is Starting a New Book
I was chosen to select a gift for our book club leader, Rose, who was retiring from her library job but staying on with us. I wanted something “bookish” and just happened to come across a NoteBags ad on Facebook and knew immediately that this was perfect! After ordering a long wallet, I got an email lettIng me know I should receive it by the 27th, but I needed it by the 22nd; I emailed your company back and you kindly worked a miracle—I think I actually got it on the 17th. Regarding the zipper - our bags feature a two-way zipper design that allows opening from either end for easier access to your items. The zipper intentionally doesn't close completely at the ends to allow for ventilation and quick access without needing to fully zip and unzip.

Exceeded expectations
Typically, when I make purchases from ads on Facebook I try not to set my expectations very high. It's always a hit or miss. However, The Note Bags exceeded all expectations. Not only is my handbag and wallet beautifully crafted, but it arrived in a timely manner. But what pleased me the most was having the customer care team reach out to me to make sure I received my items and that I loved them.
