I had to cancel an order I placed and…

I had to cancel an order I placed and was advised (after initially been told I could not have one) I would have a refund.

This was on the 12th of January, nearly 2 months ago. I have chased on 3 occasions with no acknowledgement or reply.

Very very poor level of service.

I would not recommend this company at all.

Good experience

I’m from Portugal, I order two football shirts fan version. One of them with a name and number that I choose.
It took 19 days to come but the shirts are exactly what I dreamed. Very good quality, the name and number came like I wanted. I ordered with time, I recommend doing the same.

Lfc third kit 25/26

Just received my 25/26 lfc third kit, and I'm really pleased with it. Good pricing, good quality and relatively fast shipping considering where it comes from.

My wife bought me a large size for Xmas, which turned out to be far too small (no returns on wrong size). I'm 6'2 and 13.5st so I went for a xxl, and it's a perfect fit for me. I'd advise ordering at least a size up from what you'd normally wear.

AVOID AT YOUR OWN RISK

TERRIBLE customer service, ordered 2 kits during their Black Friday special, been over a MONTH and no movement. Tracking says it's in Pre-transit (ordered the 7th of Dec, Pre-transit since the 11th), carrier says the shipping info has been created but has not been received by them, New Kits states they sent everything for delivery and I should recieve it soon (been saying that for WEEKS). *Can't get a refund until I "receive" my order, which I doubt will happen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We understand that waiting longer than expected for an order is frustrating, and we would like to clarify the situation with accurate information.

Your order was successfully processed and dispatched, and a valid tracking number was issued, which confirms that the shipment entered the carrier’s system. The tracking status showing “Pre-transit” indicates that the shipping label was created and the parcel was handed over to the carrier’s logistics network, but the next scan has not yet been updated in their system. This can occur during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, especially with international shipments.

At this stage, the carrier confirms that the shipment is in transit, even if intermediate scans are delayed or missing. Unfortunately, this is outside the control of the seller once the parcel has been dispatched.

Regarding refunds: as clearly stated in our shipping and refund policy, refunds cannot be issued while an order is actively in transit. If a parcel is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier after the investigation period, we will of course take appropriate action in line with our policy.

We have been providing updates based on the latest information available from the carrier, and we remain available through our official support channels to assist until delivery is completed.

We appreciate your patience and assure you that this is not a case of an order not being sent, but a carrier delay during a high-volume shipping period.

Great quality and service

I ordered some jerseys for myself and family to wear duriing our African Cup watch parties. Really happy with the purchase, took a bit to arrive, but i did receive it in the end, appreciate the help and support through the whole process, recommend definitly !

Took almost 3 weeks for my shirts to…

Took almost 3 weeks for my shirts to arrive! When they did they had black marks on them these were gifts so unable to gift now. I contacted seller to return for a refund as can’t wait another 3 weeks for new shirts and have had to buy them elsewhere. But they are refusing to refund me as they think they were damaged when being checked at customs.So will only send replacement or give me a credit note either way I’m out of pocket and will not shop with them again!

I have just received an email from seller as they are not happy with my review and want trust pilot to look into it. They also said they will refund me if I remove the review I have the email as proof if they try to deny it. Trust pilot take note when reviewing this review!

In response to your reply I have the email as proof in which you did in fact say you would refund me if I removed by review I am happy to post as proof. After reading other reviews it seems you have done the same to another customer.

Our final offer remains a full store credit for the value of the damaged items, as we are unable to issue a full monetary refund when damage is incurred outside of our control during shipping.

However, we will send a refund once the review is removed

We need to clarify the facts of this order.

The shirts were inspected and documented in perfect condition before shipping, and we have evidence of this. The marks reported are consistent with customs or transit inspection, which is outside of our control once the parcel leaves us.

Despite this, we offered reasonable resolutions: either a replacement or store credit. A full refund was not offered because the damage did not occur prior to dispatch.

Regarding the update: at no point did we request that a review be removed in exchange for a refund. This claim is incorrect. We contacted Trustpilot to review the accuracy of statements made, which is our right when reviews contain misleading information.


We always aim to be fair, but we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused after dispatch.

Great looking top quality boots!

Great looking top quality boots.
Delivery takes a little while guys, dont get disheartened if you dont hear anything for a while as they ship from abroad.
My boots took about 20 days to arrive, but when they did, they where top quality!

I will definitely use these guys again.

Great gear at a great price.
