Got the Arsenal 2025/2026 third kit. Great quality, great service but the wartime was about 3.5weeks which is understandable. Will definitely be getting another kit very soon.

Updated Review. Products finally arrived. One did not match what was advertised on the website (it had a sponsor, but what I ordered did not), but a replacement was sent out after I contacted them and explained the problem.

Overall a good experience, but do expect delays. The quality of the shorts are good.

My initial ordered experienced delays with shipping. No stock of what I requested so I had to pick different item. Still more delays.

My order was placed on 27 July 25. Was informed shipping details would be provided so that my order could be tracked. Nothing received for weeks, despite me contacting the company and asking for updates and shipping details. They constantly tell me to check emails, wait and see. Finally my products were sent and the products were good quality.

I would probably use this company again in the future, knowing that there are significant delays.

Bought 2 Liverpool shirts from here really good quality for the money, would recommend 😊

I am still waiting for the delivery, nearly 2 weeks now without an update. Refund requested. Let’s see how that goes.

Straight like that!

I accidentally bought a player version too small, but they gave a 70% off next order which was really generous.
The customer service was nice but was a bit slow.

As always really good and quality stuff 👌

Beware! My purchase arrived too late for the birthday gift due "shipping issues". I asked to return the item in its original unopened package but was told returns would only be accepted if the item was faulty.

Despite long shipping time, the quality of the shirt is absolutely worth it. And if you have any issues with your order their customer service is very helpful.

OK. I am updating my review of this company after my recent experience. I am not changing the level of stars but I will change the review. I ordered a pair of football boots some weeks ago, however when delivered, they were not what I expected. Nothing like the picture. In fact, they were a much cheaper looking version of what I expected. I sent them emails without a response until they eventually replied about 2 weeks after the delivery. They are now considering a refund/return. This is after my previous scathing review. However, this entire process should never have happened. Any customer who is unhappy with a purchase should be responded to promptly. The fact the company does not send (or didn't in my case) a confirmation of the order by email is also unsettling. I just hope to put this experience behind me.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
We put in an order on May 6th and still have not received our order. We have contacted customer service multiple times over the last 2 months. During the conversations, the addressed my husband by another customer's name, told us our order had shipped and then replied to the email weeks later that an item was out of stock. Gave us faulty tracking. I had to report them to the BBB to get actual help. We asked for a refund which they said they would give, then emailed us that actually our order would arrive 7/14 so no refund--- did not arrive on 7/14. I would never recommend this site.

Stupidly I came on here after ordering and saw the reviews and thought the worse but today my shirts turned up. I ordered the new inter Miami and a club America shirt. Both are pretty decent quality, obviously not the greatest but you know that when ordered from a site like this but I really like both shirts. I went for xxl and they are a pretty decent size. The delivery took 11 days which isn’t bad either. I will probably use them again and would also recommend.

Paid express delivery. order hasn’t arrived. chased info with customer service and they will not answer my question re:arrival date. Said it has been dispatched but awaiting tracking info. Reading 5 star reviews are clearly fake and now concerned i won’t get the order or my money back

The available tracking system is rubbish, ordered new England ladies kit on 30th of May, thenewkits site shows pre-transit currently shipped. Other tracking sites show shipped 13th June and as of the 23rd June Royal mail still shows current status as expecting it. So over 3 weeks and I still have no idea where in the world my order currently resides. Not even got a delivery estimate, here I'm hoping it gets here before the actual tournament.

Arrived today quality is good, size recommend ordering size bigger. So overall happy with the quality and value but needs work on it's tracking information also needs to be more transparent with delivery times, as 48hr only means after royal mail receive it, leaving a 2 week black hole.

I have amended my one star review to three. I'm not giving any further stars as it wasn't until I posted a one star review that my refund was actually processed. In future New Kits, please ensure you refund more promptly when someone orders a kit that's our of stock. I did not expect to wait a month for a refund.

This is a scam, avoid. Ordered a personalised shirt on the website a month ago. Used the tracking service on their website but it’s useless. Have chased twice and absolutely no reply. Now I can see that the website is “under construction”. I’ll be contacting my credit card company and Action Fraud. Please avoid this website. Order # 647704

I have ordered a jersey and it’s been a week since they confirmed it was being sent. I wanted to track the order, but the USPS website said it is invalid. Through the New kits website, I can’t access my account anymore, and the order can’t be tracked successfully, order #654361. Please, respond as soon as possible.
