Pokémon card was sent promptly and in good condition but horrendous sticky tape was used on the plastic case to attached a business card leaving residue and marks.
Apparently they thought advertising Thier brand was worth defacing the product they were sending. Strange move when they could have just put the advertisement in the envelope separately.
