Pristine condition and fast delivery
Ordered an item and it arrived as promised.. postman had left it out in the rain and I opened it with a fair bit of anxiety. It had been so well packed and protected that it was absolutely fine, even though the outer box had been soaked! Really good comms and the item itself is in pristine condition. Will def buy from again!

Customer service is amazing
Customer service is amazing. Never written a review before but I spoke to Tony about reading comics and how to start, he gave me a great deal compared to other shops and he walked me through the order process because it can be really tricky as it’s moved on a fair bit since I started reading with variants and incentives.
Fantastic company and highly recommend speaking to Tony.

Pokemon card mistake
Ordered a Pokemon Pikachu VMax card for my son but the card sent was only a Pikachu V. Tried promptly emailing to get a response but didn't get one.

Really sad to read this review and see that you have been so disappointed with the service. We replied to your email the same day and have not had a response from you.
The correct VMAX card is already on it's way to you in the post. We explained in the e-mail response that this was an error from our packing department. We're really sorry that it happened and hope that you will be pleased with the replacement VMAX card.
Of course, we'd love you to keep the V card as well.
