No instructions, no reply.

Received SD cards, and as instructed, submitted request via email for software installation instructions. The only thing I received was an automated reply promising to be contacted by the service team, but never was. Multiple additional contact attempts via both email and their "live" chat also resulted with automated replies with no direct contact.
Request a refund through PayPal which was approved, then later cancelled.

**1/5 Stars - Do Not Purchase, This Company is a Scam!**

I ordered from NavMan on August 8th and have not received any updates since then. I've sent several messages and emails to the company, all of which have been completely ignored. To make matters worse, their website is now down, leaving me with no way to contact them or check the status of my order.

It’s clear this company is a scam, and I strongly advise against purchasing anything from them. I’ve had to take matters into my own hands and claim my money back through my bank. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company at all costs!

Did not work

My install did not work and thenavman did not respond to any of my emails asking for help. They did refund my money though but I really wanted it to work.

Lack of After sale care

Purchasing went ok. Delivery was fine. However no after sale support. 3 weeks on and still no installation instructions. Never buying from you again.

I'm at a loss

I'm at a loss. The initial service was great, the shipment was on time, and it was time to get instructions for the installation. For 2 and a half weeks I've reached out by chat, email, and WhatsApp. I've had no replies / no updates and the website has no information. I'm trying to be patient but its either terrible customer management or I've been scammed on the product. It is a very unfortunate situation.

Item purchased but not delivered - No Communication from Ben

Made an order online after being in communication with Ben to make sure product will suit my vehicle. Placed the order, got tracking number the next day on august 9th - tracking still hasnt been updated since then (23/08 today) with tracking on royal mail stating "Friday 09 August 2024 10:16 - Sender preparing item". Emailed Ben on the 14th August for an update, no reply, emailed again on the 19th August for an update, no reply again. Used live chat on the website on the 21st of August, no reply, followed up later that day and on the 22nd of August, no reply. No product delivered and no communication for a refund whatsoever. Have proof of all attempted communication with Ben with no replies. On his website all of the products got taken down, on his Facebook page, I saw that others have been having same issues too.

Expect no support.

At the start, an amazing product presented and great support given. But then the product arrived, ZERO! I sent 4 request over 10 days trying to just get the instructions to install the updates. Zero response! My only saving grace was using a reputable money source who guaranteed my purchase. You might read he is an expert, but he has no understanding how business works. DO NOT SUPPORT!!

Slow Customer Service

I received my SD cards four days ago and have been reaching out to them over that time via email and live chat for the installation instructions. I have still not received a simple email reply with those instructions. I can't imagine it takes more than 5 minutes to respond with, what is presumably a templated email containing the installation instructions.

The customer service was very prompt when I was a prospective customer but since placing my order, it has been non existent. With the number of very positive reviews, I imagine the update is great. Hopefully, I find out soon.

Initial my purchase went well but no support afterwards

Initially my purchase went well. I bought the full Audi software package. They processed and shipped the SD's within 2 days. The order arrived and according to their email once I received the order to contact their Support email for the install instructions. I've tried 4 times to contact them with no reply. 3 times by email and once by Chat. Each time providing my order info. Nothing. I did receive 2 auto replies that they'll respond but alas, nothing. Their website doesn't indicate they are having email problems, so I have no idea when or if they'll respond. I understand if they're having technical difficulties but not update the customer's is bad business. Especially when they tout the great support they have during and after the sale..

Scam operation - stay away

Ben got the money and disappeared. I've been trying to receive the installation instructions 2 weeks now, but no response. I even tried calling a mobile phone number which I found in his PayPal account, but he is not picking it up. I have sent numerous emails and whatssapp messages, still nothing. In the same time, he owns an Audi owners club page with 335K+ followers and he is posting there as normally. 2 days back, I saw a post of a person stating that he was scammed from him and the latter was deleted ASAP. I will try to get my money back through PayPal.

I am very disappointed at this moment

I am very disappointed at this moment. After ordering a software bundle to upgrade my car system, which I received in good order. The pre announced instruction to get in touch through chat or email to get the installation instructions….not any respons or contact with the company possible.
I have tried all email addresses and chat options I can find to get in touch. Nothing happens.
Really strange and not giving me any confidence at all. Still waiting for the first reply.
I am sorry that I trusted the only full positive reviews which gave me the feeling it was a trusted company.
I hope that things will get solved….soon.

SCAMMER

One of the updates didn't work, Ben offered to refund me, but then stopped replying to his emails and deleted his Facebook page. This guy is a scammer, and he doesn't fulfil his refund agreements. Don't waste your money.

no delivery, no support

It says they delivered the item to me in Germany, but it didn`t. I wrote support. But there is no one getting in touch with me. Still waiting for my item or my money back. Very bad experience.
