Waste of time
Ordered and paid over £5 for first class delivery, waited two days but still never received confirmation of dispatch so I sent an email gave them 24h to respond but never heard anything back so contacted PayPal for a refund.

Not Delivered
When ordered (on 20th September 2025) my expectation was delivery in 2-3 days. Not before 12 days had passed, and I had contacted Car Paint Wizard several times,was I informed the company was unable to meet the order at this time. Order cancelled and money refunded.

Delivery was quick however
Delivery was quick however, I sent a question asking for help using the paint with an airbrush gun twice! And got no reply each time so I am now left with paint that I can't use and have had the purchase the paint again from another supplier who is willing to guide me on how to use the paint with an airbrush. The paint has no list of ingredients so I was unable to figure out what thinner I needed to use without knowing what base the paint was. I relied on paint wizard for this information which they didn't want to inform me of, very disappointed.

This is the second time I've use paint wizard and again they have been perfect match, highly recommended along with the applicators it makes it so easy.

Order not fulfilled and ignored
Having previously used this service with a good experience in 2020. I made an order again nearly 4 weeks ago. I received the order confirmation nearly immediately, and since then have had complete silence despite playing for 1st class delivery. I have contacted them through email and twice through the contact form on their website with no response and have therefore resorted to this review. Avoid this company if you don’t want to waste money!

Easy to order and successful
Easy to order. I had a choice, either pay a fortune at a bodywork shop, for a touchup paint job that would probably have cost me about half the price I paid for the car, or use Car Paint Wizard and do it myself. Thank goodness I chose the latter. They matched the paint beautifully to my car's paint code and now I can't see the scuffs that were around the boot area. Perfect result.
