The helmet I originally ordered i was told was out of stock even though it was still advertised on their website . The alternative they sent was a cheaper helmet . When it arrived it was extra small not medium. When I emailed them, miraculously the original helmet was in stock again . I cut my losses and gave the extra small to my daughter . Not at all impressed.

We gave you an alternative that was similar with the same protection rating as the one in which your ordered at a cheaper price. We refunded you the difference.
When you received the wrong size we said you can return it and we were going to give you the helmet you originally ordered at the same price as the cheaper helmet. We would have reimbursed you the shipping costs.
You shouldn't have to have do this, we understand however mistakes do happen.
Companies restock. An item may not be in stock one day but when new stock comes through it may become available.
We strive to provide the best customer service we go above and beyond for all our customers.
From the email you sent you didn't express any dissatisfaction, you said you would simply give the helmet to your daughter.
If you had said you were dissatisfied we would have done anything to turn you negative experience into that of a positive one.
We emailed you asking what we can do to rectify the situation. We have even offered to give you a partial refund despite the extra small and medium being the same price however you have not given us any response.

Best and cheapest by far
The Motorcycle Gear shop was by far the cheapest place I could find which sold the helmet I wanted. Ordering was simple and it arrived just days later.
Will definitely be using them again and would also recommend them to my friends.
