Please please don’t use the Modehub

Please please don’t use the Modehub. It’s a scam. They send you a similar looking garment but much inferior quality. Not worth 5pc of what you paid. There is no return option. The company is in China and they emailed me to say they have a 14 days returns policy and I needed to return it tracked. Post office quoted £23. Appealed to my bank who have refunded my money.

Do not order from these people.

SCAM WEBSITE

I thought this was a uk website. Website says address in Netherlands but when tracking order it was shipped from China! 3 weeks delivery. Not the scarf i ordered this scarf is a cheap piece of shit. £20 I paid for a scarf what arrived is a scarf not worth £1 . Warning to not buy from this website!!!

Shocking quality

Shocking quality, poor sizing, cheap crap.
Gave me a returns address in China, although it was dispatched from London. Told me to give it to charity and accept 20% refund. Avoid at all costs.

If I could rate at zero

If I could rate at zero, i would .
I ordered 2 jumpers from this seller. Both were poor quality and nothing like the pictures. When i asked to return them and for my money back they kept trying to force an exchange. They are now refusing to respond to my emails. I will be reporting them to trading standards

“Trend leaders”?

I ordered a pair of women’s boots as a Xmas present. I did not get an order confirmation and had to email them. They said that they only had my telephone number and could not confirm the order. However they said it was processed and despatched. I thought it strange it had two tracking numbers one of which was Royal Mail and it said the sender had advised they were posting the item. Eventually I worked out that the other tracking number was for items tracked from China and the day it was posted from China was the day Royal Mail were expecting it.I think it’s less than honest to display a shipping timescale of 4-12 days with Royal Mail and not mention where the goods originate from.
If I had known , I would not have placed the order as I am dreading the quality of the product after reading so many other negative reviews
I am also surprised that the company that advertises itself as “trend leaders” would be manufacturing it’s products in China

Honestly don't NOT buy with this clothing store. It's a huge scam. Purchased item at the beginning of November item had supposedly the incorrect address, they gave me a false tracking number, then gave me another tracking number which shows the item being sent back. It's all fake cheap items from China and I would stay away from ordering anything. I have no item and no refund. Awful awful customer service

DO NOT USE I purchased was a thought…

DO NOT USE I purchased was a thought was a jumper as shown in the pictures, what arrived was something totally different, besides from that, it had no labels, no invoice with the package, the stitching had run, one arm completely different colour to the other side and the seem on the neck stitched completely wrong. Complained to the company and like others have said only offered a 30% refund or can post back the item at nearly as much as what I have paid for a full refund. Complete joke of a company do not order with them!

Missleading and poor quality.

I ordered what looked like a well fitted black denim shirt. It was described as a “tailored fit with sharp silhouette” in medium men’s, but what I received was a very baggy shirt which was more grey than black. The sleeves are too long. I would say I am a medium to large fit and this thing is way too big. It also smelt like it has been through a fire and seems to be poor quality. £37.95. Took two weeks to arrive to the UK. Company apparently based in the Netherlands.

Looking at the shirt image online it looks like a generic AI image that I have found is copied and used a lot online. I would not recommend using this company.

Beware - scammers!

I received a shipping notification on 8th October advising the jumper I ordered was on its way, on 13th October I received an email advising me that the jumper was out of stock and asking if I would like an alternative jumper - photo provided. I advised I did not want the alternative jumper and requested a refund. On 22nd October I received a notification that the original jumper was back in stock and on its way to me. The item arrived, not the original but the alternative which I had stated I didn't want, and the jumper delivered was faulty with black lines/stitching running down the cream part of the jumper so isn't wearable. The company are refusing to provide a refund stating they will give me 50% back if I keep the item as shipping costs are high and as they are a small company they cannot afford to issue a full refund like large companies! I've advised the jumper is faulty (and not what I ordered) so should not have to pay anything for a jumper I cannot wear however they still refuse to issue a refund. Awful, awful company.

I ordered a few items from the site

I ordered a few items from the site and they arrived in about 4-5 days. Packaging was fine, nothing fancy. The jeans are good quality and comfy, but one shirt had a loose thread. Customer service answered my email 1 day which is good. Overall a good experience, but can be a bit better with details.

The clothes look god and the fabric

The clothes look god and the fabric feels pretty strong. Delivery took 5 days which is okay I guess. One of the t-shirts was a bit smaller than I expected even tho I ordered my usual size. Still, not bad for the price.

Counterfeit goods - beware

I bought a pair of Dr Martens Sinclair for £49.95. They were clearly counterfeit. Once this was pointed out, including photographic evidence of how the real ones look like in comparison to theirs, they offered a 10% refund as a goodwill gesture. They have just rebranded themselves as The Modehub from previously being The Streetwear Hub, which just adds extra dodginess to the whole picture.
