I've been looking for an affordable Rollator/Walker and came across the Mobility Shop. This product has a great quality and I could choose a colour. Next day delivery was also very handy.

No problems. Quick and easy to order. Swift delivery (next day). Pleasant, helpful delivery driver.

Very happy with item I ordered and it arrived quickly. It also included the fittings for the rail which is brilliant as I bought something similar elsewhere and it didn't come with fittings needed. Delivery was quick

I posted a review on the 12th of June
The mobility shop responded with a somewhat bizarre response making allegations I was in league with my sister to ruin their reputation.
I don't have a sister, and if you look through the reviews you can see they are pasting the same answer to multiple folks.
I posted a second review to point out I don't have a sister and their response did not match my issue at all, and they had posted the same answer to multiple folks.
They responded by contacting trustpilot and saying my posts contain defamatory content and they wanted them removed.

So both the reviews were removed by trustpilot.

My thanks to trustpilot ! It's great to see they do not just side with the companies, but take the time to have real people investigate, and intervene when needed, it has to be a rarity on the internet these days.

Trying to have negative reviews removed is a low blow indeed, but unfortunately what I've come to expect from this company.

Yet another review logged by me - this is my 4th review as I cannot respond to lies that this company state - please give me the couriers name so that I can contact him - I included basket in the return (picture attached) - you constantly tell lies in ur responses which means I must place another review - basket and scooter was returned to you - I am seeking my e100 deposit to be returned - I have commenced legal action.
