Ordered a foldable crutch to support a lower back injury, and I’d be lost without it at this point. It’s light weight yet you know it’s not going to buckle or break, the quality is 100% there. The quality of the rollator is excellent and exactly what we wanted. My mother in law says there’s no comparison between it and the walking stick she was using. The only thing was that it came in parts with no instructions and I had to get a neighbour to put it together. Otherwise really delighted with my purchase.

You had the right product and you were able to deliver it within 24 hours. This was just before Christmas and I really needed it for an elderly relative that was staying with me. I really appreciated the next day delivery despite missing the 2pm ordering deadline by 2hrs. You will be my first choice for any future mobility aids.

The product is technically as advertised. I bought the FDI Soft Step Extra Long stick as it was the only one that extended to 40 inches or more. This is the length I was medically advised to get, but got a response saying they expected someone with a 40 inch cane to be 6'3. I'm 5'7. This goes to show that, as a MOBILITY SHOP, they are not actually designed for disabled people or with us in mind. Additionally, in an earlier response to this review, the company tried to insinuate another company, Neo Walk, fully let me down while simultaneously asking me to take mention of them out of my review so a small Irish business didn't lose sales to a foreign business. Neo Walk actually honoured their 12 month warranty and sent me a replacement within two weeks, and were incredibly pleasant, and are purpose built for disabled people. If you don't want to lose sales, maybe introduce some longer and shorter canes so Irish disabled people aren't forced to pay out the ear for an international product, or potentially permanently injure ourselves by using incorrectly sized mobility aids, which seems to be the Mobility Shop's preference. These canes are fine, technically advertised correctly, and arrive quickly, but they are built for able-bodied people to use temporarily like with a sports injury, not for sustained long term use if you do not see your size in stock.
