I've owned a P&C Insurance Agency for 41 years and I'd just like to say that, Casey Sullivan of "The Medicare Family Group" was great, he's very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and easy going, he was not pushy at all but really cared about what was important to me and guided me through the whole process of getting the best Medicare Plans that were right for me...Mike :)

I've ALWAYS lived by the motto..."Work Smarter, Not Harder" ever since I heard it for the first time as a teenager. Folks...I STRONGLY encourage you to at least do your research on this incredible organization called The Medicare Family.

After working through this incredible "maze" of information for the 25 years I spent assisting my own Mother with her overall healthcare and Medicare needs...I can assure you that I DIDN'T wait one second more to contact this incredible organization! Now that it's my turn to enter this wonderful world of Medicare...I knew better than to try to tackle all the decisions, paperwork and avoid all the potential "penalties / pitfalls" that come with making bad decisions during the "process"...ALL BY MYSELF!

From our very first conversation...right up to today's work on getting me officially enrolled in all facets of "the Medicare process"...Ms. Peggy's absolute professionalism and detail to attention was OFF THE CHARTS! She not only took the time to carefully answer my litany of questions...but also made the effort to calculate all the critical numbers associated with the available plans...that best met my needs. She has the patience of a Saint and did a great job of addressing any special health needs in order to keep any past anxiety at bay.

There just aren't enough words to express just how pleased and completely satisfied I am with this entire experience. I worked with Jon Pumphrey. What an outstanding guy he is. Walked me through everything step by step. It took me three different phone calls with him to finally make my decision. That was on my part. I was just overwhelmed with everything and needed to take sometime on my part to let everything soak in. Just going to turn 65 and making a Big decision on my part. Questions like, am I choosing the right plan, what are the costs, what do I actually need. All those questions that are all new to me. He took his time and patients to explain it all to me. If I didn't understand something, Jon would go over again with me until I understood it. Jon was so very patient, kind, and really an over the top guy!!! I made an appointment with some pretty complicated issues and needed advice ASAP as I was on day 63 (the last day!) of choosing Part D drug coverage. I can't say enough about how helpful and patient Elisha was. She answered all the questions I could think of at the time, with some pretty convoluted particulars. She probably thought it was a test, as it was really a heavy lift, I thought, but she handled it all with ease. Janet made the process of signing up for medicare easy and painless. Considering that medicare is way more complicated than it should be, that is no easy task. She was able to answer all of my questions, and when she did not have the answer right away, she found it within a matter of seconds. And when I did not know the answer to a question that she asked me, she was also easily able to find the answer online.

My representative, Alex Mellinger, was friendly, personable and very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of Medicare, and ALL the nuances in-between. Appreciated him taking the time to make sure I understood the options for my specific circumstances.

I felt that he was sincere in wanting to provide this service....I didn't feel as if he was just checking off a box. I asked a slew of questions and he provided clear, understandable answers... even when answering several of them over and over!
