The pieces of furniture are nice but the customer service is inexistent. After placing my second order I contacted the customer service asking to make sure that my full name would be included on the shipping label (they didn't for a previous purchase, and the courier couldn't deliver!). The person who replied (Lidia P.) didn't even make an effort to read what I was asking, she simply asked to be patient because my order hadn't ben shipped yet. Of course, once again the courier didn't have my full name and could not complete the delivery. Not only I had to use my time to reach out to the courier myself and update the delivery details again, but this time my delivery was even incomplete: I only received the table, and I have no idea where my lamp is. Nobody answers to my emails, what a shame!!!!

Fast shipping, great product. The instructions included in the box were completely useless and it took us a long time to figure out the mechanism to shorten/prolong the lamp cables. I tried to ask for help to the customer support on this concern with no success.
I bought a desk on The Masie website and it arrived with two manufacturing defects. I've sent an email with the photos and they took more than a day to reply to me with a generic reply saying I have to fill up a form on the website in order to return the product. But I actually did not want to return the product, as you can imagine it's a very large and heavy package, so I'd rather find another solution that having to repack everything and carry it somewhere by myself. But as it's automated the only thing they offered was to send back the product. So I kept it but I'll definitely never buy from them again, don't they have quality check ??

A very nice product and delivery extremely prompt I would order from this place again.
I found the Masie very easy to do online shopping. Its website is easy to navigate and the products are exactly as high a quality as they appear online.
Is this company a scam? I've paid for an expensive item and sent a much cheaper one. Delivery took ages too.
My requests for refund and pick-up have been ignored for weeks and all comments on social posts are limited. I finally get a response on Instagram and they keep sending me to a random page on their site and a different email address. I email that one and still no response. Don't trust this company!
I should have read all the other negative reviews. Clearly this is not a one-off. I really urge everyone to report this website to your trading standards and all their other e-commerce partners. They cannot continue to scam people.
I can see they ignore all the emails for refunds, but are taking time to vaguely respond on here. Unacceptable when these are not inexpensive items.
Edit: the fact that they've asked for my order number below is so ironic. I've sent a out 5 emails and messages on social media, filled out the refund in the account, and I've still had no refund and barely any response. I've had to repeat the problem over and over. PLEASE save your money.

I ordered a couch and a pillow was missing.
I let pass the 14 days I had to communicate this issue because my house was uder construction and I did not want to open the couch in a dirty environment.
The costumer service was unhelpfull and unwilling to find a solution. All I wanted was a small pillow that should have been delivered, I was willing to pay for the delivery.
Their response was:

I ordered a table in November and was told it would be sent out within 20 business days.
They attempted a partial delivery around Christmas, but it was past when they said I would receive it and I was out of town at the time.
Since then, I have only received part of a table and not the full order. The transport company confirmed that they only received one package from the seller, meaning the rest of the table was never sent.
I have tried to contact the company multiple times by phone, but every time someone answers, the call is disconnected, without any explanation or solution being offered.
As of today, I still have not received the complete table or a clear response. A very disappointing experience and a total lack of customer service. I would not recommend buying here.

Unfortunately, I have to leave another negative review, as I still have not received a solution. We initiated a return in November, yet 1.5 months later the seller claims the goods have still not arrived. Communication has been slow and unhelpful, and despite the fact that the order was already paid for in October, I am still waiting for my refund. I now expect this issue to be resolved immediately.

Really concerned that this website is a scam, the tracking doesn’t seem to work and I don’t get any replies to the contact form on the website or via email. The other reviews are shocking, I wish I had read them before placing my order. Considering seeking a refund from my credit card company. It’s a shame as their products look so good.

I ordered a small table at the beginning of December. (Order No. GLMJDCODE). I then got an email on 10 December to say that it had been dispatched and then …..nothing. The tracking number isn’t recognised and my emails to the company go unanswered. I was beginning to wonder whether this was a scam but I see from other reviewers that this is fairly normal. Shame because it looks like their products are good. Let’s hope I get to find out one day!
UPDATE - The Maisie replied to my review within 24 hours promising to sort this out. 7 days later I haven’t heard from them and I haven’t received my item. I’m not sure what to stay other than stay well clear.
FURTHER UPDATE - now 2 months on from my order. No product and no contact from The Maisie. It seems that the only thing they do well is respond to adverse reviews. Really disappointed.

We ordered a trolley costing several thousand euros and received it damaged. Since then, we have been trying to return it, which should be straightforward.
Unfortunately, the company keeps delaying the return process, making pickup appointments and then not showing up without any explanation. This has happened multiple times. Communication is poor and it feels like they are intentionally pushing the process as much as possible to avoid taking responsibility.
Based on our experience, this company is unreliable and unprofessional. Be very careful before ordering from them — especially for expensive items. I would not recommend this seller

This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.
I never received the full order I paid for, and the situation has been handled with poor communication, misinformation, and zero accountability from the store.
Main problems:
- Incomplete order – not all items were delivered
- Tracking number never worked, so I could not track my shipment
- Order was later split into multiple parcels without clear explanation
- Very poor email communication – slow, vague, and ineffective
- Conflicting information between the store and the delivery company
- The store told me to contact the carrier instead of taking responsibility and the carrier told me that the store was the one who should contact them.
Collection failures:
> The store claimed a pickup attempt was made on January 5th, but I received no call, no message, and no proof
> A new pickup was supposedly scheduled for January 9th, yet nothing happened
> The carrier confirmed there was no pickup scheduled at all
Customer service experience:
> Phone support was rude and unprofessional
> The operator raised her voice, did not apologize, and blamed the situation on the holiday season
> No empathy, no ownership, no solution
At this point, I am:
> Without the full order
> Without a proper refund
> Stuck between the store and the carrier, with neither taking responsibility
This company shows poor logistics management, bad customer service, and a complete lack of accountability.
I strongly do not recommend this store
