This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.
I never received the full order I paid for, and the situation has been handled with poor communication, misinformation, and zero accountability from the store.
Main problems:
- Incomplete order – not all items were delivered
- Tracking number never worked, so I could not track my shipment
- Order was later split into multiple parcels without clear explanation
- Very poor email communication – slow, vague, and ineffective
- Conflicting information between the store and the delivery company
- The store told me to contact the carrier instead of taking responsibility and the carrier told me that the store was the one who should contact them.
Collection failures:
> The store claimed a pickup attempt was made on January 5th, but I received no call, no message, and no proof
> A new pickup was supposedly scheduled for January 9th, yet nothing happened
> The carrier confirmed there was no pickup scheduled at all
Customer service experience:
> Phone support was rude and unprofessional
> The operator raised her voice, did not apologize, and blamed the situation on the holiday season
> No empathy, no ownership, no solution
At this point, I am:
> Without the full order
> Without a proper refund
> Stuck between the store and the carrier, with neither taking responsibility
This company shows poor logistics management, bad customer service, and a complete lack of accountability.

This has been one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had as a business. On two occasions within six months, we placed orders that were paid for but never delivered. Our messages went unanswered multiple times, and in both cases we were forced to cancel the orders.
It’s unfortunate, as the products themselves are appealing, but due to these repeated issues, we will not be ordering again.
They replied that we should send an email to their support team, we did that for the last month 4 times. They never answered!

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company. I placed a 1000$ order over three months ago, and despite multiple promises, nothing was ever delivered.
After months of waiting, they suddenly told me they were unable to deliver and asked whether I wanted to try delivery again or get a refund — but with deductions, as if the situation was my fault. The goods were never delivered, so any deduction is completely unacceptable.
Since then, they have stopped responding entirely. No refund, no solution, no communication.
This has been a terrible experience from start to finish. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company.

The service works perfectly, high-quality packaging and delivery without any problems.
I placed an order for a table on December 4th, and it arrived on January 2nd. The product is beautiful and I’m very happy with it. I also appreciated the step-by-step updates throughout the process, which were very helpful. The only downside was the long delivery time—I got a bit impatient. But was it worth the wait? Absolutely. Thank you, The Massie.
I’ve returned chairs that were never unpacked in November and they refuse to refund me!!!!! Absolutely insane! Customer service is a joke. I have all proof and it’s been a nightmare. DO NOT BUY from them.

I had a disastrous experience with this website. Although the products themselves are very nice, the delivery & customer service was absolutely terrible.
I ordered several items, but they provided no shipment information. Without any notice, they even triggered a return themselves while I was still waiting for the products. Only after I contacted them, they initiated the delivery to be sent again. Because of this mismanagement, the delivery time was extended to almost a month whereas the initial communication was 10 days.
Later, the second part of my order arrived, which was a mirror. Unfortunately, it was delivered completely broken into very small pieces. I asked them to pick it up, as it was difficult and unsafe for me to dispose of it myself, but they offered no help at all and simply told me to throw it away.
Despite this, they charged me for the return and refunded me less money, even though they did nothing to manage or collect the returned item. I also requested compensation for this horrible service for my overall order, but they were not cooperative at all.
Throughout the whole process, their responses were unhelpful, uncollaborative, and unacceptable. Overall, this was a horrible customer service experience, and I would not recommend purchasing anything from this website.

I was a little anxious because of the reviews on here, but in our case everything was great. The tables are fantastic and the delivery was smooth.
I would love for them to add the option of delivering it into your home (not just the ground floor) - I would definitely pay good money for it.

I would rate this experience a minus 10000, total scam!!! We ordered the same products twice, and each order we waited for it for more than 4 weeks and at the end they would contact us and tell us that order has been returned to Spain!!!! Without explaining why or what was wrong. This website is a scam and a waste of time.

I ordered some items that stated 10-12 days for delivery. I have filled out the contact form twice for an update on delivery and also sent an email but had no response. It’s only slightly over the agreed timeframe but very concerned I can’t get a response from any customer service representative.

Fraudulent and awful company. Avoid at all costs.
I ordered a table from their website, and cancelled the order within the cool off period. They refused to reply for weeks and then for months refused to refund. Have been rude and dismissive constantly, I still have not received any refund and it has now been four months since I cancelled the order.

Ordered chairs on 2 Dec arrived 20Dec. The chairs are perfect and lovely quality. As has been mentioned previously the lack of communication is the only drawback. I made sure I had a copy of the order number. No confirmation email received. I tried to contact but no reply. No delivery date received. Driver just turned up so not sure what would have happened if I was out. However on saying all of this I would absolutely order again as it all worked out well.
