Had a great experience with customer service for this product. They were very responsive to all my questions after placing the order. The soft play set has not arrived, and although im happy with the product itself, I feel as if the colour (beige) as shown on the site is quite misleading, and looks very very pink in real life. This is for my sons room, and looks quite out of place. However, he does really enjoy playing with the set.

Really impressed with the Luxury Nursery company. I found them on Instagram and was a bit skeptical as to whether to order or not, but saw that Lucy Mecklenburg had ordered from them so thought we'd give them a go.
Ordering was really easy. Finding what we wanted was really easy. The website is easy to navigate.
They also gave us a code for £10 off in an email which we could use when ordering.
Once we had ordered they sent a link so we could track the parcel and gave us regular updates on when it had been despatched, where it was in transit and when to expect delivery.
Overall really impressed.

Very cute item, well made. Quite small which is good as easily fits for storage.

I have ordered a few things from The Luxury Nursery and have been happy every time. Such a speedy delivery and great quality products, that also look great in the home. The softplay is always a massive hit with any of my children’s friends.

Ordered soft play to get an email a few days later to say they had an issue with stock levels and my order was cancelled. No offer of “ I will get in touch when it is back in stock”
