I bought the corner climber. Excellent product. Soft, easy to clean and it feels so premium. Fast delivery and very good communication. I will definitely buy again.

Great product, great customer service!

My order was delayed because it was caught up in customs. Iglu customer support was communicative in determining where my product was and proactive in letting me know when it was out of customs/expected to arrive to my house. Upon arrival, by baby is obsessed with the new playset.

Excellent quality and fun to play with

We have two different playsets, and we are more than happy. The quality is excellent: our child has used the Iglu mini climbie for 8 months now and it is still in excellent condition. Recently we bought another, more "difficult" set for him and he plays with them both daily. Climbing on the playsets has improved his motoric skills and offers daily movement easily. (Our child was 5 months old when we bought the mini climbie.)

Unsafe!!

Quite nice in photos, but my baby was not interested. The units are very slippery and quite dangerous — we tried them on three different types of flooring and they still slipped.

We wanted to return them, but the return fee is £40–£50… wow :) Definitely my fault for not reading the terms and conditions. I guess too many disappointed customers and that's why they charge that much, to make you keep the product.

That said, I would not recommend this product and would not buy it again. It feels unsafe for home use. I would only recommend it in facilities like a baby or kids’ gym, not at home.

Super disappointed and unsafe 🥺

To prevent sliding, our sets include hook-and-loop (Velcro) fasteners to connect the units. For smoother floors, we recommend using a play mat underneath; this provides extra grip and cushioning.

Regarding the return fee, we aim for full transparency by detailing these costs on our website. Because our products are large and heavy, shipping rates are unfortunately quite high. We certainly don’t use these fees to discourage returns, but rather to cover the actual logistical costs.

Absolutely love these blocks

The product is just fine - customer service sucks

The product is just fine.

But what I cannot accept or recommend is the refund policy. Although EU law applies they charge 40-55€ for a refund. That is against EU regulations, local laws and feels like extortion. It just is not legal.

I decided against a law suit but this is a far cry from good customer service.

Would not recommend buying from the store without the protection of Amazon or some other retailer.

Never received, no refund

I ordered a month ago and never received the set. Refund has not been promptly issued so have had to request a charge back from my bank which iglu have still not authorised. Not only have I been let down for my son's birthday, I am now out of pocket. Would not recommend!

Good quality (I think) but slippery (I know)

I have only had my set for a week. My son (8months) loves climbing on it. Overall quality seems to be good. What I don't like about my set is that most blocks do not have an anti-slip bottom and there is no way of attaching them so they slide around a lot while he tries to climb them. Would have hoped they would stay in place more.

Also as an other reviewer noted, shipping takes about 10 business days. I read that and didn't mind.

Cannot return my package

I informed the customer service team via email on July 15, 2025, that I wished to return the item I had purchased. Since then, I have been trying to complete the return process. I received a return label from your support team, but unfortunately, none of the DHL drop-off points I visited were able to scan it, claiming that the label was not valid for DHL. I I also attempted to manually enter the code, but that did not work either.

I reported this issue to customer service, and they informed me that a courier would be arranged to pick up the package from my home. However, I have waited at home for the past two days and no one has come to collect it.

As a result, I have had to carry a large package to various DHL points with my 8.5-month-old baby, and I am now stuck at home waiting for a courier that hasn’t shown up.

Additionally, I would like to express my concern about the high return fee. I understand that returns may come with certain costs, but I have never encountered such a high fee for a return within the EU. This, combined with the amount of effort I’ve had to put into this return process, has been extremely disappointing.

From a customer satisfaction perspective, I must say that this experience has left me unwilling to shop from IGLU again, nor would I recommend it to others

Great product our little girl loves it. But just be aware of the delivery timeframe if you are based in the UK.

The soft play set is great in quality and design. Our little girl loves it. We like that the blocks are built to provide good support and not too soft. Would definitely recommend the product.

However, if you are based in the UK like us, please bear in mind of the shipping time as for us it was shipped from LATVIA on 6th Dec 2024, then transited Poland and Germany, arrived in the UK on 14th Dec 2024, finally got delivered on 18th Dec 2024. It was within the 10 working days delivery timeframe that the company stated but was just a surprise to us that it travelled from far and took longer than expected. We would have chosen to buy from elsewhere if we knew about this beforehand.
