Beautiful selection. Disappointing quality
The balloon bunch itself was a beautiful selection of balloons and was gorgeous when blown up. However there was a slow puncture in the numbered balloon which made the whole thing limp and fall over by morning which was disappointing to come down to. One of the balloons had a hole in and so it couldn't be used and one balloon popped in my face when in inflating. Overall a beautiful idea but the quality was a big disappointment especially when the recipient of the balloons is a child with a terminal illness

Excellent all round!
Amazing customer service, I contacted them with a specific request and Ella was so helpful and responded quickly. Shipping was quick and it got to me with plenty of time. The cake topper itself is absolutely perfect, such good quality and so cute!! Would definitely order again.

Faulty products
The products arrived faulty and unusable. I have contacted the company via email and am waiting for a response. I'm hoping they will be helpful and understanding of my dissatisfaction.
