I reviewed them twice and they keep sending me email. Once again the service was disgusting, they didn’t help when needed and they also don’t know what carriers the used.
Stop sending me emails asking me for a review cause it would be the same.

I was looking for decor for my son’s first birthday and I came across this business! I loved their products!! Amazing!

Great product - tastefully designed and made. Arrived promptly!

The garland was supposed to be a lovely design, but the company failed to include the purple balloons that were meant to come with it. Without them, it didn’t look as advertised and didn’t match the theme I had carefully planned for my little one’s birthday party, which spoiled all the effort I had put into making the day special.

I made a complaint to the company, but my concerns were completely ignored. I received no apology, no explanation, and no compensation for the missing items and the disappointment caused.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The poor customer service made the situation even worse.

Fantastic quality personalised cake topper for my pirate loving little boy. Delivery was quick and topper was perfect for what we had in mind.

Order processed quickly. Loved the hungry caterpillar balloons and found it easy to put together. Nearly let down by Evri with slow delivery but that was not the fault of this company. Will definitely order again

As soon as a set the balloons up for display on the 5th they started to deflated or pop I had an upset 2 year old for her birthday party.

Clear information about the product and response to query dealt with quickly. The items ordered were of good quality and I was delighted with them .
The packaging was appropriate for the size etc of the items .

So pleased I found this shop, such beautiful party bits. I got cake toppers and plates etc and was so happy with it. Made the cakes especially look amazing!

Ordered as a next day delivery for my son’s birthday on Thursday 8th May and specified that I need this before Monday 11th May. No contact from the seller even after chasing it.

The order was processed quickly and the cake topper was perfect for the cake I made. I mistakenly ordered two and they refunded me the difference promptly. Great service.

I really wanted to like my order from this company but I ordered a hanging mushroom. Not very expensive ( a bargain i thought) and for my kids room . I was excited to get it but as as soon as I opened it I chucked it in the bin. It was so dirty when I opened out the mushroom, the inside was full of dirt and it has some gunk on it that looked like someone hurt themselves. It was basically cheap looking China tatt. Yes I understand it was cheap but I'm one of those people that prefers safety over price. It was soldiered on the handle and despite my email ( in which the reply was very bad English) I don't trust the metal on this ( which they never explained what it was either) . I'm a bit grossed out by it and not sure it's an actual English company like they state . Maybe it is but not taking the chance. Sorry

Really pretty cake topper. This is for my granddaughter’s 4th birthday. I think she will be delighted. The cake topper is so delicate looking and a lovely height.
