Hi Jenny, thank you for your rating, I haven't received any communication from you enquiring about your order so was unaware there was an issue. When you placed the order over the weekend just gone, you selected second class postage. The card was posted first thing on Monday 12th, since when there have been 48 hours of Royal Mail strikes. I have been sending all orders first class at my own cost to give then the best chance of arriving quickly. As I'm sure you can appreciate once I have posted orders, their delivery is entirely out of my hands. The trust pilot review request email is automated and is sent out once the order has been sent. Apologies for any confusion this has caused. I sincerely hope your card arrives soon and you are able to revise your rating to give a fairer score. Thanks, Matt
