Charged for fast delivery that didn’t arrive when promised
On contacting the company I was ignored
No delivery was attempted on 28th I was in all day I have CCTV and a door bell camera no images where recorded

I have looked into your order and the delivery was delivered within 2 working days as per the express delivery option selected (as it was bank holiday your order was received 27th May and delivered 29th May, delivery was attempted on the 28th but no-one was available) and we responded to your email within 45 minutes of sending. So we're not sure why this did not meet expectation but if you would like to make a complaint you can email admin@theleisurewarehouse.co.uk and we can refer this to be reviewed.

Purchase of Thule Bike Rack

Recently purchased a Thule bike rack for our Moho from Leisure Warehouse, ordered whilst on a trip and needed a home delivery when we were on a pit stop before our next adventure. Customer service took the order and organised a suitable delivery to suit our schedule . Rack arrived on schedule allowing us to fit and go on our next trip with our bikes - Great price and great service- cannot fault so 5 stars
