The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I knew what I wanted and had the cash in my wallet only to discover the shop doesn't accept cash and I wasn't carrying a card, I rarely do. I had to leave the shop and purchase the sword from the website using my phone with its stored card details. I opted to collect my purchase from the shop. When I returned to the shop I had some difficulty explaining that I had bought the sword by card online. Eventually I managed to make the saleswoman understand and she couldn't have been more helpful. The sword itself (reproduction Spanish Cup Rapier) is delightful, it looks and feels considerably better than my usual silicone swords.

The customer service is awesome. The nicest people work there. I bought 2 swords from them and received both within 4 days. I live in the US. Very helpful and the swords are great. Used them for a wedding. If you are thinking of buying from them, do it. Outstanding

I’ve bought from The Knights Vault twice now and both times received amazing swords. If something is on backorder you might need to wait a bit, but it’s absolutely worth it. Their customer support is excellent—friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful with any questions I had. I’ll definitely be buying from them again in the future!

Great company, really responsive and great customer service when we had issues with the separate delivery service.

1st time customer, I bought a Lord of the Rings sword (Anduril) on a back order due to high demand. The staff kept me informed all the way and when I did receive my order it was packaged well. The sword itself was really high quality and if you're an big kid, nerd ;) or just a collector you cannot go wrong with the knights vault. I am already saving for my next purchase. I bought Anduril for my brother's wedding while on backorder. However due to law changes in the UK it took around five months for the new stock to arrive. Throughout, I was kept up to date on what was happening and when the sword finally came available. It was sent to me promptly within a few days of coming back into stock! Even threw in a little gift to say sorry for the delay!

The customer service is excellent, the staff both online and in person are friendly and the item itself is absolutely phenomenal. Will be looking to get something for myself at some point
