I joined Automated Cleaning Business while starting my own commercial cleaning company, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish.

First off, a big shout-out to Mike, who runs the programme. He’s put together a really solid system and consistently provides straightforward, practical advice. You can tell a lot of real-world experience has gone into building the programme and helping people actually get results.

I’d also like to mention Jess. Although she’s currently on maternity leave and I didn’t have much direct interaction with her personally, it’s clear she’s played a big role in building the programme and the community around it. It’s obvious there has been a lot of work put in behind the scenes to make everything run as well as it does.

The coaching team has been fantastic as well. Jeff runs the marketing side and provides really useful insight on generating leads and building your client pipeline. Mike also runs the advanced calls, which are great for more in-depth questions and working through bigger opportunities or challenges.

Brittany and Connor run the Wednesday and Thursday sessions, and I spent quite a lot of time working with them. Both are incredibly helpful and generous with their time. Brittany in particular went above and beyond helping me work through one of my first large proposals, helping me structure everything properly and making sure I had all the pieces in place. That level of support made a big difference.

Another big strength of the programme is the community itself. It seems like not everyone can just walk into the programme, which actually makes the community better because most people inside are serious about building a business in this space. I’ve found it incredibly useful being able to log into the dashboard, ask questions, or read through questions others have posted in the past. Even outside of the live coaching hours there’s a lot of value in the discussions and support from other members.

Overall, it’s been a great experience. If anyone is thinking about starting a commercial, office, or janitorial cleaning business, I couldn’t recommend Automated Cleaning Business more. It’s a strong programme with excellent mentors and a really supportive community.

ACB team has been so awesome. I wouldn't be this far with out their help. They break down everything so you can understand. When you have a pricing issue, They are quick to respond. Seems like I am learning somthing new all the time! I started at $0-$12,389 per month and it only took me 7 months. It also feels like a family and Thank God for them!

I was so intimidated at first that I almost didn’t join this program. I had never run a business before and the idea of going after high ticket clients honestly felt unrealistic for someone like me. I kept thinking clients would see right through me and realize I was brand new to the industry.

But from the moment I joined, everything changed. Mike and Coach Jeff made me feel welcomed and supported right away. They walked me through the branding process and helped me build something that looked polished and professional. For the first time, I felt like I could actually do this.

Coming into this community has given me a lot of confidence in the way I approach tasks as regards cleaning. All the courses are well thought out and outlined. The coaches are also very helpful. It does not matter your level of know-how they are grounded and will pull you through. I will recommend this community over and over and over. If you do the work as layed out, you sure will get results!

What separates a World Class Athlete from the "pack"? Easy right? A coach!!! A coach or mentor is someone who's already forged the trail and simply helps us remain on course and avoid the pitfalls. They are problem solvers, advocates, cheerleaders. encouragers etc. They truly take interest in what you are doing and where you're getting stuck. The most rewarding aspect of Brittany and Connor's involvement and hosting 2 calls per week is you can tell, it's not a job or chore, they TRULY enjoy helping us. They share personally in the THRILL of victory and won't let you stay in the lower reaches with the agony of a non win. Joining this program has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. As someone who just started a few months ago, the course content, proposal templates, pricing calculators/strategies, and mentorship support have been insanely valuable. The level of detail they give you — from how to run walkthroughs to how to present like a pro — makes you look sharp and confident from the jump.

Thanks to their guidance, I’ve already landed my first contract and built real momentum with high-ticket clients! One of them even verbally agreed, and I’m now on the verge of locking it in and getting it signed. Every time I’ve had a question, the mentors responded fast and clearly. You don’t have to spend years making rookie mistakes — they shortcut that entire process with real-world experience and support. Highly recommend!

This group of people has totally transformed my business from the top down. They get you to look at things from a different perspective. They all love what they do and the coaches work together seamlessly and are true experts in their respective fields. Can not recommend this program enough to others! Put in the time and effort and you will see things change for you too!

Scam alert -there's an upsell in the program. I reported this in the first weeks of joining. Before paying I was promised there would be no upsell and that it was appropriate for advanced needs.

However, upon joining I was asked to pay an additional 4k to join the exclusive advanced member group, and from that point on, all advanced questions were posted in the private slack. This defeats the purpose entirely for me, and after two weeks I haven't received a response. The creators even took time to persuade me into this program by assuring me there would be other businesses in this scenario. However, once in, they never checked in on my concerns, which felt like it lacked integrity.
I was lead to believe that I would receive a battle plan call from the creators themselves, who would look at my own progress and help me form a strategy for growth. However, this is only done when you pay an additional 4k, which was not disclosed to me before paying.
I also never received a battle plan call or any strategic counseling. All I had was entry level course material and discussion board posts. The advanced discussion board had been withdrawn into a private slack channel.

My business partner and I signed up with ACB about 6 months ago. Although they are a legitimate company, we did not have a good experience. I think this company offers a wonderful community of start up janitors to communicate with, the leads that were provided to us were worthless. We followed the recipe they provided with the Leads they provided and literally never got ONE RESPONSE. Everyone was super friendly, fairly responsive... but the leads and traction on the leads were definitely misrepresented. I requested a partial refund and was politely denied. I wish everyone at ACB the best, but definitely regret our decision to join.

Joining ACB has been a great move for my business.
