Automagic Solutions LLC is a Scam!!

In February 2024, we paid this company $20,000 for the setup, marketing, and hands-off management of a cleaning business. During the sales process and in written email communication, we were told that we could expect a $5,000 return on investment within 90 days.

Based on those representations, we moved forward with the investment.

We were also told the business would be fully operational and actively marketing by November 2024. The services described included ongoing marketing, lead generation, and social media management.

The results did not align with the representations made.

The $5,000 ROI within 90 days did not occur. The business was not operational within the promised timeframe. Communication became increasingly limited despite repeated attempts to obtain updates and clarity regarding deliverables and timelines. We were given the run around and they kept changing managers on us.

We have retained documentation of the written representations regarding expected returns and operational timelines.

A $20,000 investment is significant for a family. We entered into this agreement in good faith based on the information presented to us. We are sharing our experience so that others don't fall victim to these scammers.

If others have had comparable experiences, we encourage them to document and report them as well. We need a class action lawsuit!

Biggest Scam

They're reply to this post is the biggest lie, I have proof for days dealing with them, and this "only" cleaning service, they have really screwed a lot of people around and really taken advantage of people in a horrible, selfish, and disgusting way and not willing to help rectify they're dirty behaviour.

They have changed their name since, but fortunately for me I have documented everything and I have proof that they are one and the same.

Scam scam scam -

COMPLETE RADIO SILENCE - THEY WON’T EVEN RESPOND TO REFUND REQUESTS OR EVEN EMAILS, Etc.

Previous Review Update: After posting my detailed review about being scammed for $13,000, Automagically Clean’s response has been… absolutely nothing.
Current Situation:
• Sent formal refund demand with 10-day deadline
• Multiple follow-up emails sent
• ZERO responses to any communication
• Complete and total silence from their “appropriate contacts”
• They literally will not even acknowledge refund requests
Their “Customer Service” Strategy:
1. Take your money upfront
2. Fail to deliver any services
3. Ignore you completely when called out
4. Don’t even bother responding to legal demands
5. Hope you just go away
What This Proves:
This isn’t just incompetence - this is intentional. They know exactly what they’re doing. When confronted with documented contract breaches and formal refund demands, they simply ignore their victims entirely.
The Pattern:
• Promise business launch by specific dates (NEVER happens)
• Abandon accounts for months with zero work done
• Continue charging monthly fees for nothing
• When caught, they go completely silent
• Won’t even engage when given opportunities to make it right
For Anyone Still Considering This Company:
They will take your money and then pretend you don’t exist. Even when presented with legal demands and opportunities to resolve the situation professionally, they simply disappear. This is how they handle “customer service” - by providing none whatsoever.
Personal Impact Update:
My children are still going without adequate resources because this company stole our investment money. They won’t even dignify us with a response when asked to return what they took from my family. The complete silence is somehow even more insulting than the original scam.
To Other Victims:
If you’re reading this and they’ve done the same to you - document everything and don’t wait for them to respond. They won’t. File complaints with every relevant authority immediately:
• FTC (reportfraud.ftc.gov)
• Your state/provincial consumer protection office
• Better Business Bureau
• Your credit card company for chargebacks
Legal Action Status:
Their refusal to even respond to formal demands speaks volumes about their business practices. This behavior will be documented in all legal proceedings and regulatory complaints.
Final Warning:
A legitimate business responds to customer concerns. A legitimate business addresses contract breaches. A legitimate business doesn’t ignore formal refund demands completely.
Automagically Clean does none of these things because they are not a legitimate business. They are scammers who take your money and then pretend you never existed.
Save yourself the financial devastation and emotional trauma. Any other business opportunity is better than this one.
Rating: Still 0/5 stars - Would give negative infinity if possible
Their silence in response to documented complaints and formal legal demands tells you everything you need to know about this company’s integrity and business practices

Automagically clean is a SCAM!

The response below from Automagically Clean claims we did not purchase from them, this is a total lie and we have proof.
Automagically clean has been a hoax from the beginning. We have been swindled out of thousands of dollars with no recourse to recoup our money. We put our trust in the company and invested in multiple locations.
Our contracts were entered into in Oct 2023 & Dec 2023. We were advised it would take 90 days to build out and 6 weeks to launch, at which time we would have steady income from scheduled cleanings. We followed all their leads, spending numerous hours setting up a business, creating social media pages, and building payment plat forms. In addition, we were advised to invest in their marketing teams, costing an additional $4,000+.
We are 22 months into the deal and there have not been any cleanings for our locations, therefore no profits. We have kept communication consistent with multiple new managers as a result of constant turn-over at the company. Each email and phone call ended with a routine answer of “we’re working on a new process.” Every conversation was a dead end, including our recent request for a refund of our investment.
Automagically Clean has failed to deliver on their promise and refuses to rectify the problem by returning our investment.
Stay as far away from this company and its owners, They are scammers.

Formal complaint against Automagically Clean.

I am formally filing a complaint regarding my investment of $10,000 in Automagically Clean's cleaning business model. They offered me different locations and we agreed on the Laredo, Texas, agreement made in October 2024. According to our contract, the business was to launch within 90 days; it is now July 26, 2025, and no progress has been made.

Despite completing all necessary steps, including setting up an LLC and Stripe accounts, I faced extensive delays, poor communication, and unfulfilled promises. Key issues include:

- Late onboarding information that I had to request manually.
- A claimed "launch" way after the aforementioned 90 days, yet no actual operations began, just fictitious contact information.
- Enrollment in a new platform with ongoing fees ($149/month) and additional advertising costs with no positive results.

The handling of my case has been unprofessional, I have emailed all of the people who were involved in communication with me and they have ignored everything once I started asking about what happened to my business investment and it appears funds have been misused for personal gain by company representatives.

Due to these contract breaches and lack of transparency, I demand a full refund of my $10,000 investment, along with all accumulated fees.

Edit 8/14/25

I writing this new message to anticipate Automagically Clean's denial of them not offering a business opportunity and claiming tat they are only a cleaning business. I have dozens of emails and I also have the booking software which has the Automagically Clean domain. I emailed them and someone got back to me and that they look into it. Emailed them 2 weeks ago waiting for them to address all of the issues and we're back at radio silence.

Second edit: As I predicted, Automagically Clean came out claiming that “this individual has never bought purchased any of our services”. Lucky for me I have ALL OF THE RECEIPTS, ALL OF THE EMAILS AND THE VIDEO WHERE THE OWNER STATES THAT SHE CANNOT ISSUE A REFUND BY SAYING. “We are not saying no, we’re just saying, not yet”.

Seems like legal action is in order.

What a sickening experience — Broken Promises and No Return on Investment

I invested in this "done-for-you" Airbnb cleaning business in late 2023, enticed by 10 positive testimonial videos from real clients (which were later removed without explanation - note, the original website and trust pilot page have also been quietly taken down).
The contract with the company clearly stated that for $10,000 per location, they would build and fully manage a hands-off cleaning business in the city of my choice. After a 90-day ramp-up, I was told I could expect around $5,000/month in revenue.

I believed in the vision so much that I invested in four locations and referred nearly 20 others, including family. While the contract didn’t guarantee a return, I heard the salesperson confidently tell referrals, “If you're not making $5,000 after your first 90 days, something is really wrong.”

It’s now been nearly two years.
After the initial 90 days, nothing had progressed. In April 2024, the founder hosted a webinar saying delays were due to internal restructuring, but not to worry, we’d see momentum in “a month or two.”
That momentum never came.

Then in June 2024, we were told a new VP and board of directors would be introduced to improve operations.
That also never happened.

In Fall 2024, they partnered with a tech company and said we must now pay $147–$197/month for CRM software if we wanted continued service (we were previously using a similar platform for $27 a month) and suggested ad spend of $500-$1000 a month to get ramped up.
Since then, the results have been the same: zero momentum, endless behind-the-scenes promises, and very little to no actual business activity.
The tech company has some good ideas and they've tried to turn the ship around but practices from this company like selling the same "exclusive" locations to multiple clients and marketing locations for $100k to new “VIP” clients while ignoring emails from current clients created a firestorm of discontent among clients who refused to be quiet any longer.
However, when honest reviews were written on the original TrustPilot page, the company reached out to promise forward movement if the client removed the review. Some were even told they would be removed from services if they left their review up.

I can see the backend of my referrals’ dashboards — most show almost no movement, no work, no build up to success. Only one referral has had a completed, paid-out cleaning in nearly 2 years.
Many clients (including myself) have had 5+ “area managers,” with no transfer of progress with the new one resulting in no momentum.

I and my group of referrals received a Docusign contract from the founder in Dec 2024 stating that if our ROI is not reached by July 15, 2025, we are owed a full refund within 14 days. Now she claims she voided the contract via email —which does not meet the standards of contractual modification.

Many clients have requested refunds and were told, “It’s not a no, just not right now. We’re working with investors to buy back locations — expect updates in a month or two.” That’s the same vague promise we've heard every step of the way.

Lastly, a referral requested a refund last Summer. She was told she would be refunded when the location was sold to a new client. I knew the location and was relieved when another referral messaged me to tell me she had just purchased that specific location.
A week later referral #1 was still being told they were waiting for someone to buy the location before they could issue her refund.
I asked the owner and her team about this - since I knew the location had been "purchased" by referral #2. Less than an hour later, referral #2 messaged me to say she was just notified they had changed her location and were giving her the dream location she asked for originally....a location I also knew was sold to someone else a year prior. (I have screenshots of all conversations with the timeline)
I kept asking about this and eventually referral #1 was refunded.
This is just one example I can share that reflects the standards and ethics held by the founder and her team (previous and current).

You know the saying "people don't remember what you said, they remember how you made them feel"?
It applies here
Clients have been made to feel like fools after believing this founder and her company at their word
No-one likes to feel like a fool.

In my opinion, based on my direct experience and what I have witnessed others experience, this company should be avoided. The business has taken tens of thousands of dollars from each client and delivered nothing but shifting timelines, vague promises, and near-zero business activity.

If you’re considering this company as a potential business opportunity or as a cleaning company in your home, investment property or business, I urge you: do your due diligence and speak to a REAL client first

This business took everything from me but will lie and deny everything, then turn it around on me

In October 2023, I discovered what was promoted as a passive, automated cleaning business through a Facebook post that claimed an investor had earned more than $25,000 within three months of launching, with ongoing monthly profits of $5,000 or more. I later found out the woman promoting it worked for the company—something that wasn’t disclosed at the time.
I invested $15,000 USD for a location, fully aware and accepting of the three-month setup timeline stated in the contract. But right from the start, things felt off.

Months passed without progress. By the six-month mark, the business had still not launched. Instead of the personalized updates from a dedicated manager as promised, I began receiving vague, repetitive emails that appeared to be AI-generated, filled with excuses and delays. When I requested a refund due to exceeded risk tolerance and lack of transparency, I was refused, and then blocked by both the woman who recruited me and the CEO. My follow-up questions went unanswered.

For a long time, I believed I was the only one facing these issues—especially given the abundance of glowing reviews. When I attempted to connect with others through comments, I was threatened with breach of contract. Still, I remained hopeful and silent, not wanting to risk losing everything.

The company repeatedly said they were overwhelmed and asked for grace, yet I continued to see them actively promoting to new investors. They blamed delays on people who they claimed had already left the company—only to later admit those individuals were still actively involved months after the fact. The inconsistency was deeply concerning.

In January 2025, I scheduled a meeting with the CEO, which was canceled. A second meeting was ignored. The third was attended by her partner, who admitted during the call that she had been unexpectedly thrown into it and was unaware of the meeting. Later, the company claimed that same person had been gone for over a year. The contradictions kept piling up.

Though I refrained from posting public reviews, I did try to connect with others. The company refused to create a group for investor communication, and those who attempted to join an Automagic recruiting group were blocked. In March 2025, I joined a private support group for clients of the company. There, I connected with over 40 individuals reporting the same experience: delays, false promises, threats, and fear. The patterns were undeniable, and documentation inside the group corroborated them.

Over the past 18+ months, I’ve thousands beyond the initial investment—expenses related to maintaining a legal business structure, additional software and advertising fees, lost work hours, and the emotional and physical toll. I couldn’t afford legal representation, so I sought group resolution through the support group.

In June 2025, I received another threatening message. This time, they claimed that “half the clients” had been refunded—despite telling me repeatedly that refunds weren’t possible. They suggested I try to sell my location to new investors they are bringing in, but I couldn’t in good conscience sell a business I knew wasn't operational. While I was mulling over the choice to leave the support group or stay, I was removed from the Telegram channel and my business was abruptly terminated two days later.

The efforts this company has made to silence unhappy clients are alarming. I have received multiple threats, felt isolated and gaslit, and lived in fear of retaliation for speaking the truth. I waited patiently for nearly two years, despite clear signs of trouble. I now have no business, no investment, and lingering fear of further consequences—for doing nothing more than asking questions, seeking support, and telling the truth.

AWARENESS follow up review.

Edit; this Company started as Automagic Solutions; same owner & she changed the name in Dec/24 to Automagically Clean. Follow-Up to My Original Review of Automagic Solutions / Automagically Clean – A Cautionary Account Based on My Personal Experience
This is a follow-up to my original review of Automagic Solutions/Automagically Clean, written to provide additional context and to help inform others who may be considering investing and working with this company.
Between mid 2024 and early 2025, I experienced ongoing challenges trying to get support and consistent communication from the company. Despite numerous attempts prior to February 26, 2025, to reach the owner, I received no response. I then contacted her team and included the third-party business used to manage purchased locations. Only after that outreach did I receive a reply from the owner. She asked me to forward my original email, which I did promptly. Unfortunately, I did not receive any follow-up after that.
After weeks of silence and growing frustration, I decided to share my experience on Trustpilot on April 9, 2025, to help others be aware of the situation and make informed decisions. Within 30 minutes of posting my review, I received notification that Automagic flagged my review, and shortly after, I received an email from the owner expressing regret about my experience. We exchanged emails from April 9 to April 16 in an effort to find resolution.
During that time, I was offered several alternatives to a refund, including a complimentary location, renewed assurances to launch my two locations by the end of May, and mention of potential resale opportunities if the locations became operational.
Given that I had been waiting for over a year without any type of progress, I declined those options and requested a refund so I could move on.
Additionally, one of the conditions communicated to me in order to receive a refund for my two purchased locations was that I sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). I question why any business would require someone to never speak about their experience—whether positive or negative—if they operate transparently and have nothing to hide.
In email exchange with the owner, on April 16, it was advised that I would receive documentation by the morning of April 18. That did not happen. On April 21, I received another email from the owner stating the documents would be sent the next morning. In the same email, I was asked to remove my review from Trustpilot.
As of today, April 30, 2025, I have not received the documentation or a refund, and my follow-up emails have gone unanswered. In my personal view, delayed responses and lack of follow-through have been recurring issues throughout my interactions and to date this company (owner and all Associates) have stopped responding completely. Please refer to my first review for further details.
Since my initial review, I have been contacted by several other individuals who say they’ve had similar experiences since investing with this company. While I cannot speak for them, I believe it’s important for potential investors to be aware of concerns shared by other clients.
This review reflects my personal experience only. I encourage anyone considering a business relationship with Automagic Solutions/Automagically Clean to conduct very thorough research and proceed thoughtfully.
