We've repeatedly had problems with this company over the past three years. They are usually late asking for renewals, rarely respond to emails and then when we have paid the premium we usually have to chase them up via a phone call to ask for the documents. It's very ironic that they're called the Insurance Experts as they feel very amateur. I'll be looking into finding another broker next year.
