I first reached out Inkey List customer service on 12/6 with the request to return a few products under the Satisfaction Guarantee that didn't work for me. After an initial response asking for the products and reasons for return, I stopped hearing back. I followed up twice - nothing.
I submitted another ticket through the website to see if that would reach someone - they responded and asked the same question around which products + reasons. I promptly responded again and have not heard back since.

The customer service is incredibly lacking and unprofessional - they are skirting around my request (even though they have the guarantee). I don't think they actually abide by this policy,

Horrible experience. It's been over a month and I'm still chasing for a response. I caution anyone wanting to order from the Inkey List.

1/23 edit: their response to my post is a complete lie. I’ve responded to EVERY email and instead of providing me with an actual update, I’ve been getting automated emails asking ME to respond when there is absolutely nothing for me to respond to.

I have been using their Tripeptide plumping lip balm and it's made a real difference. I personal would look bad with filler in my lips as they had always been fuller but now, I am reaching a certain age I can see a slight decline. So, I need something subtle and conditions my lips making them look healthy. Glad I found the right product. Best of all I can't fault the customer service. I order and pay and in a few days, it arrived or your notified if there will be a delay. then it arrives as promised.

Buyer beware! There is no option to cancel an order once placed (even if it has not shipped yet) and there is no return option. Once they have your money there is nothing that will wrench it from their greedy little hands

I would like to emphasize that not only does The INKEY List offer excellent products at fantastic prices, but their customer service is equally impressive. They were incredibly friendly and quick to assist me. It truly reflects the level of professionalism and dedication of this company. I had a question about a lip balm, and they treated me like a VIP
customer. Grazie!

I placed an order that took twice as long to arrive than what it said on their website. There was an item that I ordered that has been discontinued so I opted for a refund on the item and to have the rest of my order sent. I have reached out twice now to the company about the refund for that item, have been told twice that the refund has been issued, and yet I haven't received it. I used to love the inkey list but this is unacceptable

Update: they reached out and told me they would investigate the problem further and I would hear back shortly. This was 10 days ago and I haven't heard a word from them since. I reached out to PayPal, who also tried to reach out to them and like me, received no response after 10 days. These guys are a joke.

poor customer service & very bad delivery service

I made an order in Mid-November. The order was delivered to a pickup point in another city after DPD claimed they attempted to deliver it to my place. However, no "not@home" card was in my mailbox, therefore I don't know the address of the pickup point. After several attempts to contact the customer service by online forms, email, Instagram PM, Facebook PM, and Instagram comments (unfortunately, there is no customer service phone line...), I finally got a reply: The Inkey List claimed that the parcel had been returned because the address was incorrect (which is not true and also not what was written on DPD tracking service).
I gave The Inkey List a new chance, and they shipped the parcel one more time. DPD did the exactly same thing: no delivery attempt has been made, although they claim so, and the parcel is in a pickup point on another city (and I don't know its address).
I am proceeding to ask for the full refund of my order, as it has been one month I placed it. I will never again buy any product from the EU The Inkey List website. Furthermore, I strongly recommend other people to avoid this website too. The customer service is terribly slow and the delivery company is not reliable.

Good alternative to the Ordinary, also nice selection of haircare products! Skincare has different quality, some products are really good, but others are not so. Last time I've had an issue with a serum they didn't really care- even after sending pictures of irritation it caused. So buy on your own risk I guess? For that reason I'd stuck to products I already know, but hesitant to try new ones.

Well, "no previous communication" were several emails with everything you asked: charge number, photos...Error is on your side then.

The serum from this store is a game-changer, leaving my skin smoother, firmer, and more youthful-looking.

Once I got the agent in contact, everything went smoothly. The agent was quick, direct, and amazingly kind and polite. I was able to get my issue sorted out right away. My only caveat was when I was first communicating my question, even though the response time was 2 minutes, they took two days to respond. I don't mind waiting, but a heads up would be nice so I don't think something is wrong.

I appreciate that you reviewed the situation and applied the discount even after I had made the purchase. The 1st response was odd because my skin routine was discounted since I bought the entire routine and I still got the 30% off, so it would make sense that the same would apply to the discounted hair routine. The only thing is I wasn't contacted within 1 hour as was stated when I submitted the inquiry.
