Well, it is only a small thing - but they do make a difference. In my case, a bit of an emergency, as my phone went dead and I needed ApplePay on my IPhone for several transactions. Momentary panic. Walked in; immediate attention; no quibbles/no probs; Mike put it on charge and charmingly said "you can do some shopping and come back in a quarter of an hour." I of course had no cash, so am making this Trust Pilot review instead to say: highly recommended! You somehow completely trust these 'computer' guys. They're streets ahead of us mere mortals.

had large cracks on my mobile screen

been to several other companies pricing either same model refurbished or new screen.

all 3 areas advocated either new phone or new screen - varying between £70 and £170

In addition all were going to charge up to £25 to transfer data from old to new phone

Not so here, chap looked at screen and was pretty convinced the extensive cracks were all superficial. I ended up paying £10 for new screen and had I bought complete phone all data would have been transferred free.

So, speaking from personal experience - these are the people to go to, no trying to con, no pressure - just help!

I made an enquiry re a non-functioning iPad and was invited to bring it to the shop for inspection. This I did next day, and within a matter of minutes the problem was solved.
I can't praise the service I received enough. It was incredibly efficient, most friendly, polite and in no way patronising.
Altogether, a top-rate business. Highly recommended.
