I had a great experience with Clair from customer support. She was incredibly attentive and quickly identified the issue we were having with the charging. Her attention to detail was excellent, and she clearly explained what was wrong with the current setup and how to fix it. Thanks to her guidance, the problem was resolved very quickly. I really appreciate the time she took to help and the clear instructions she provided.

Top little chair
Bought this for my 3yo grandson. He loves it. Nice size and great height for a chair. Nice fabric cover. Foam is supportive and very comfy he says Love you can unzip to wash. Very fast delivery and great price for a quality product.

Off road 4 wheel drive issue that got resolved
I bought a 4 wheel drive car it was great came superfast then after having it for a few months ran into a problem were i had mo reverse so i contact babyjoy and they were a little so on the response side but were more than happy to help and sent me out a new leaver that works great now they did a top job at resolving my issue and very happy that my daughter can enjoy her car again

Customer service great
Customer service great. Swing set also great, however pegs not provided to reinforce into grass, only brackets to drill into concrete, not ideal, pegs would have been sufficient.
