Absolute fraud. I never received my purchase. I asked for a refund and they told me they would NOT refund me ( a month later) because may still be in transit.

I ordered 2 small ornaments on Sept 21 2025 for Christmas presents. When I did not recieve them by November I emailed them and was told there were shipping and product problems but not to worry they would be expedited. By the 3rd week of Dec. I emailed them and told to cancel. I was told they couldn't be as they had been shipped. I received them today, Jan. 12 , 2026. They are ok but certainly not as nice as I thought they would be. I will be keeping them for a small tree I put up. I would not give them as presents. I WILL NOT be using this company again.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ! THEY NEVER SEND YOU WHAT YOU ORDER, AND TELL YOU IT SHIPPED, GOT HUNG UP IN CUSTOMS, GO LOST, RESHIPPED, GOT LOST AGAIN. SEND YOU TRACKING NUMBERS THAT ARE INVALID. I ORDERED THREE MONTHS AGO, AND STILL DON'T HAVE MY ORDER. I KNOW I'LL NEVER GET MY ORDER, BUT I WILL NEVER ORDER OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a hood for a trip on 12/03/2025, and today is 12/28/2025, and I have not received it.
When I saw I wasn’t going to get it on time for my trip, I requested a refund, and they denied it. The product comes from China, but they don’t say that on their Facebook advertising.

I waited a long time and when I saw them I thought they looked small and put them to the side. When I finally tried on the 2X bras, they were literally the size of a training bra. Not only is this company a scam but the influencer who wrote about them is also a scam!

Scam! Ships from overseas in china. Took almost a month to receive product that ultimately did not fit. They refuse to issue full refund and offering refund amounts to settle. I’m disputing the sale. So not order from this company!

If I could give 0 stars that’s what I would do! I ordered some of the merchandise from happy wind and never received it. Don’t waste your time trying to get your money back, just dispute it as a scam with your bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THE HAPPY WIND!!

If I could have given zero stars I would have! This company is a scam! I never received the clothing item I ordered. I ordered bras, they sent me a very cheaply made tshirt! They also admittedly overcharged my PayPal account. I will be reporting to the BBB! Be warned and steer clear of this company!!

Scam big time. Do not purchase, refunds for products not given. They offer credit $2, $4.
Their size charts are not valid & products are sent with wrong sizes, etc.
If I could give them zero stars I would but review cannot be done until you provide at least one star. They are aware that customer refunds to China are very expensive & they do not pay for the return & many folks will not do the return ( about $105 Cdn, as I checked- almost 4.5 times the cost of the product). They are betting on returns not happening.
Avoid this site/company. Not sure how scam “ business” are able to do this. Why are social media sites like Facebook, Instagram not checking these “businesses” before allowing them access.

SCAM ALERT!! The company website shows it will provide a refund no questions asked. LIE!! I received the bras I ordered that did not fit, and were awful, unlike the ad. When I requested a refund, I had to provide numerous pics of package and product. They refused to refund. Offered $4, $5, $6. DO NOT BUY THEIR JUNK!!!

Received falsely advertised product that was very cheap quality!! They refused to give me a refund. Don’t buy from this company! I agree with other comments. Scam company!!!

This company is by far the worst scammers I've ever dealt with. They sent you incorrect orders and won't take them back and will NOT give you your money back.

And cancel the 2 I did not receive
They offered me $2 compensation
Then $4 then $7
I didn’t accept either offer
They are not a business that I would recommend to anyone
They have warehouses in the USA
But won’t let you return to them
They also have been over a month since I placed the order

I ordered two pair of linen pants. They are polyester and refusing to honor their money back guarantee. I've been offered $7 - don't know if that's for both pair or each pair. They refuse to provide me with return instructions ("it's very expensive to return item to China"). That's MY decision, not theirs. Each time I correspond with them they offer another dollar for refund.
These pants ARE NOT LINEN!! Tag inside says polyester. Do not fall into this scam!

0 stars I was over charged and I immediately asked for a refund and I also ordered a 2 nd order on accident at the same exact time and day, the purchase was $17.99 then at checkout it was $24.99 because of shipping then I was charged $32 so I asked for a full refund, they said it was an error an refunded me $7.49 .But I asked for a full refund with in an hour of placing the orders. So they refunded me for one order and trying to tell me that the other order can’t be refunded because they already shipped it ( which is a lie) such a scam company don’t buy you will be over charged and not receive you items

Never received my order and my credit card number was stolen so I had to go through that mess. FRAUDULENT company! Should have known when they converted my payment to PayPal!

Besides taking a month to get here from China. The pants I ordered were advertised over-sized and soft linen. The ones I received were small and 100% polyester. Bad move, don't trust them.

I purchased a bathing suit on may 1st, it is may 28th today and I still have not received it. It’s is a scam!! Do not order through this company.

The first red flag should have been that my credit card purchase was converted to PayPal. Can someone tell me how this happens without my consent? I purposely put online orders on a credit card so that if there is a problem it can be disputed.

The pants I ordered took over a month to arrive. I was shocked they came at all! The ads I had seen all said that they were oversized, so order one size smaller than you would normally wear. I did that, yet when I tried them on they were too tight. After reading the reviews I am not even going to attempt to return them.

I am sick and tired of being scammed by companies on social media. I will never again order from any company advertising on one of these platforms. I think Facebook and PayPal should be held responsible for participating in scamming their users.
