We booked a table for lunch as it was our wedding anniversary. I had fish & chips and I’m sorry to say the worst I’ve ever had! The fish itself (haddock) was lovely, but the batter was over cooked and looked burnt. The ‘chips’ were not chips but I think oven fries and were burnt and crispy as well. The pea purée was an ice cold veloute, truly awful !The rest of our food was fine and the service was good. It seems quality was compromised as the meal was cheapish

Amazing experience, beautiful setting and wonderful staff. They looked after 15 of us exceptionally well. The food was amazing! Also just a very short walk to the coast from here. Great place if you have children! - we would visit again. Thank you to all the staff!

Booked and arrived today. Was greeted by the host and shown to our room. Was given advice on where to visit. Very helpful guide and map in room. Tea making facilities and excellent bathroom utilities supplied .

Breakfast was well made and excellent choice of cooked and non cooked varieties.

Dinner was excellent.

Unfortunately, due to covid we had to cancel our booking at short notice. We got no sympathy and their terms and conditions were repeated constantly like the riot act. You will not be permitted to rebook or get a refund. Beware !!!
