Received the order in a timely fashion as expected but the delivery was one item short. Having reached out to the supplier about the missing item I was shared a link to a delivery attempt. If there had been confirmation/better communication that the missing item was sent then I would have provided 5 stars even though the delivery was initially incomplete

Responsive and prompt customer service and deliveries
Product arrived damaged initially, likely due to transport. I managed to get hold of Dave the director at the weekend to arrange for a replacement which was check prior to sending out, and arrived promptly afterwards.
Great service, would use again.
