3 knives and a sharpener
Bought 3 knives and a sharpener and was disappointed in the presentation sharpener was in a box which wasn't appropriate for the item a box containing which included kitchen utensils, and the knives just wrapped in bubble wrap would have thought a better presentation when giving as a gift Emailed company twice and no response I paid a reasonable price so to me just want your money and no after sales explanation

Well worth the money
After spending a fair amount on the BBQ, I decided to purchase the matching Char Broil cover instead of the much cheaper types on offer on various web sites. The cover is well made from a strong material, it fits the BBQ nicely and has two velcro type fastening straps that you attach to the metal struts at the base, making the cover secure.The cover was well packaged and delivered quickly

The item we were sent was not as pictured
The item we were sent was not the same as the web site picture, so I was unsure if it was correct (parts were totally different). It was a charcoal grill, and the instructions given said it was unsafe to use with the wrong barbeque. It has taken 2 weeks to get advise from he grill store, which is disappointing as I bought this as a birthday gift for my husband. We have today received an e.mail telling us how to adapt it for use on our barbeque, and assuring us it is safe. Time will tell!

Awful! Ordered a BBQ on 3/6. Order confirmed by email. Delivery not received. Sent 2 emails to them with no response. Tried to phone and it goes straight to a mailbox that it full. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
