Alex is a SUPREME Driving Instuctor

After trying a few instructors and finding we just didn’t gel Alex was the best I could have hoped for. He is equipped with all the latest equipment and has a genuine passion for teaching people how to drive and an excellent teaching style. He clearly likes teaching students and nothing was too much trouble he is always available to talk on WhatsApp and answer any queries or worries you have and will msg you back at 8 o clock in the morning if he’s not in a lesson. I can’t recommend Alex enough and thanks to the Green cat I passed first time! If you are looking for an instructor who wants to and will do everything he can to get you passed and on the road than look no further…..the Green cat is here! (MEEEOOOWWW)

I started my journey with Dave last July on my 17th birthday and today managed to pass my test first time! He’s friendly, made my experience enjoyable and I felt at ease every lesson because of Dave. He pushed me season after season to be the best I could be, explained everything amazingly, had lots of resources to go back and look over if in need of reassurance and overall would highly recommend him.

David thought me how to drive in 4 months. He just cares so much about his pupils. Very reasonably priced, I had no other training apart from his lessons, and I passed with 2 minor faults. A great driving school without a doubt. Thank you very much.

Alex was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful when needed, talked through everything perfectly. He was also great company and a really, really great person.
I had my initial driving test cancelled and, as a result, Alex was constantly checking for cancellations and managed to get one for 5 days later.
I really enjoyed my lessons and can't thank him enough.

I’ve been driving with David Jonker from green cat driving school for about 3 months and today was the day that I have passed my driving test, the thing I like about David is that he throws you in the deep end and wants you to excel, he is really patient and explains everything really well to test level standards and provides students with a resource that they can refer back to when unsure or struggling with certain skills needed to pass a test, as well as being on point with everything he is so friendly and welcoming and can have a laugh, so I would recommend green cat highly for new drivers.

Highly recommend doing my lessons with Dave, very patient and helpful I always felt comfortable.

I've just passed my test and I have Alex at the Green Cat Driving School to thank for it!

I had a few different instructors over the years and Alex was by far the best. I started to think I would never pass but Alex gave me the confidence I could do it, was very patient with me and made the lessons enjoyable. Most importantly, he is very knowledgeable and knew how to get me through the test.

I would genuinely recommend the Green Cat Driving School to anybody looking for driving lessons!

David Jonker was my instructor and all in all he was brilliant. He was so patient with me and calm which really helped me not to get anxious but also really funny which chilled me out a lot being able to have a laugh! It was a really enjoyable experience and his teaching methods obviously worked because I passed first time! He was also really flexible fitting in with uni timetables changing constantly and provided really good feedback and videos and visuals which were so useful in the run up to my test. Overall it was a really good experience and I'd recommend to everyone.

Alex is a very helpful and reliable driving instructor always on time and never let me down by cancelling any lessons. He is very thorough teaching you and goes through your mistakes time and time again so you get things right. I would definitely recommend Alex for anyone who’s learning to drive.

Friendly and communicative- great experience highly recommend

My driving instructor Dave was an absolute joy to have. He is highly professional and everything Learner could ask for. He was able to help me get through the driving experience as quickly and safely as possible. Never holding me back from progressing. And ensuring I pass the best I can. He’s easy to talk to and easy to work with. The car was always pristine and in great condition so driving lessons never felt like a burden or something to be feared. Couldn’t ask for a better driving instructor or driving school. I’d highly recommend.

I started lessons with Dave in December, since then I have had such an increase in my confidence, abilities and all around attitude for driving. Dave has been great, he’s reassuring and understanding. Lesson after lesson he will send any resources in any areas you’re struggling with to just give that extra bit of help, paying attention to specific needs instead of generalising. I felt very anxious before my test and he went out of his way to message with reassurance and send across anything he thought would help - which did - I passed first time! Not only is he a great driving instructor, but a great person too, he was very personable and made the experience so much better, having chats about life to ease that pressure off being all about driving. I’m very grateful to have met and be taught by Dave, he’s well deserving of all praise - which I can’t give enough of! Thanks Dave :)

Would recommend Dave at The Green Cat Driving School, he is a great driving instructor from the very first lesson, I felt comfortable and at ease, Dave is very patient and explained everything in detail, he would go through any mistakes with you and explain on how to improve on them.
Dave provided lots of information for the theory test and we did lots of practice for the driving test, he provides lots of video clips to watch.
Dave comes across really well and very professional, when explaining things to you, we had some great chats too would definitely recommend Dave, I am so glad I chose to learn to drive with him.
